DeepSpeech is an open source embedded (offline, on-device) speech-to-text engine which can run in real time on devices ranging from a Raspberry Pi 4 to high power GPU servers. DeepSpeech is an open-source Speech-To-Text engine, using a model trained by machine learning techniques based on Baidu's Deep Speech research paper. Project DeepSpeech uses Google's TensorFlow to make the implementation easier. A pre-trained English model is available for use and can be downloaded following the instructions in the usage docs. If you want to use the pre-trained English model for performing speech-to-text, you can download it (along with other important inference material) from the DeepSpeech releases page.

PDF-Shuffler is a small python-gtk application, which helps the user to merge or split pdf documents and rotate, crop and rearrange their pages using an interactive and intuitive graphical interface. It is a frontend for python-pyPdf.

"Jaba" Chinese word segmentation, do the best Python Chinese word segmentation component. Four word segmentation modes are supported. Precise mode, which tries to cut the sentence most precisely, suitable for text analysis. Full mode, scans all the words that can be formed into words in the sentence, the speed is very fast, but the ambiguity cannot be resolved. The search engine mode, on the basis of the precise mode, divides the long words again to improve the recall rate, which is suitable for word segmentation in search engines. The paddle mode uses the PaddlePaddle deep learning framework to train the sequence labeling (bidirectional GRU) network model to achieve word segmentation. Also supports part-of-speech tagging. To use paddle mode, you need to install paddlepaddle-tiny, pip install paddlepaddle-tiny==1.6.1. Currently paddle mode supports jieba v0.40 and above. For versions below jieba v0.40, please upgrade jieba, pip install jieba --upgrade.

MediaWiki To LaTeX converts MediaWiki markup to LaTeX and generates a PDF. So it provides an export from MediaWiki to LaTeX. It works with any project running MediaWiki, especially Wikipedia and Wikibooks.

It allows for free experimentation of all aspects of the language, so it does not have to be made consistent on paper first. You can edit script, syntax, grammar, morphology, lexicon and phonology, as well as write documents in the language, as it might be too complex to be handled by current font technology. The information is stored in xml format for easy integration with other software.
