Pros: Amazing UX... never frustrating or convoluted
Great team and business tools, seamlessly integrates with personal vault
Nice UI, recently upgraded to modern standards
Outstanding customer service & development team

Cons: Genuinely no cons that I can think of... it's even affordable!

Overall: The product and service meets all of the criteria I have for a password vault. Couldn't be happier.
