    Pros: Build Ops has integrated well with our Vista solution. We are also stating to leverage some of their profitability analysis processes when it comes to reporting and analytics - we still got a lot to learn.

    Cons: Too new, so far implementation, and support experience have been stellar - only good things to say about these guys and their tech.

    Overall: Accounting and financials are fully integrated now with their platform. Reporting, PM, and other features working well. We are just starting to scratch the surface in terms of our platform usage.

    Pros: Our companies does electrical, plumbing, commercial construction, etc. - and we found all of the features and capabilities in BuildOps to support our company.

    Cons: I wish we would've found BuildOps earlier it would've saved us a lot of money.

    Overall: Overall BuildOps has a great product - amazing software engineering piece. It is easy to use - new employees up and running in no time, but initial set-up can be a bit daunting - leverage their support team.

    Pros: Cloud-based makes all of the difference for us - the platform is just available to us, no matter where we are or how we are trying to access it. Fast and very reliable access - no matter my location.

    Cons: Expand mobile capabilities even more - our team loves it (we definitely want to see even more features around the mobile app and it's integrations).

    Overall: We should've made a decision to switch to BuildOps earlier - this would saved us so much time. Our automation is on the next level, less paperwork and my team is happy about the choice because it is easy and saves them a lot of time.

    Pros: Knowledgeable and quick to help customer support that's available to speak over chat or video call any time. Significant user control and access customization capabilities for the entire user base of my company.

    Cons: Maybe expand more on the features that will allow our management a more deep level of tracking of who and how is using the platform. Otherwise it's pretty complete - great integration with Quickbooks.

    Overall: Overall a great product that is feature rich and easy to use. BuildOps support team makes a big difference - its combination of their tech, platform, and support experts that makes a really powerful combo.

    Pros: If you are in the HVAC business and have more than a dozen employees in the field - start looking at BuildOps. We have improved how we manage our jobs and increased our profitability by leveraging BuildOps know-how and reporting technology.

    Cons: Learning curve, first couple of months can be painful if you are switching from another tool like we did. Hard to let go of doing things the good old way. We had to invest a bit of time into training before making a complete jump into BuildOps platform.

    Overall: Great services and support team - very helpful and knowledgeable, I doubt that we would've received that much help from some of the other bigger companies in the field.

    Pros: Super easy to create dispatches, invoicing is a breeze, inventory and customer project tracking is simple. Plus they have great mobile capabilities - you can use it anywhere.

    Cons: Continue growing your integrations and expand the number of technologies we can link with our platform.

    Overall: Overall great integration with accounting tools - its a pretty complete Construction ERP. BuildOps is adding a lot of functionality - this year Project Management module, Customer Portal, a bunch of integrations. Really strong platform for our industry.

    Pros: We really like how simple and intuitive BuildOps platform is. It has all of the functionality a typical commercial construction or HVAC company would need. Their support team is fantastic and very knowledgeable in the industry. And, if things get too difficult they just jump in together with you and help.

    Cons: Again, we really like the platform - nothing major to mention here at this point; have been using the platform close to a year.

    Overall: All in one platform for any construction or HVAC or services business - dispatching, quoting, scheduling, invoices, CRM, job tracking and project management, customer portal, reporting, etc. - everything is there.

    Pros: Like the new customer portal and project management modules in the platform. Navigation in the platform is smooth and easy - on both desktop and mobile versions of the platform. I end up being in reports and dashboards for most of my day and I would say reporting module in BuildOps is almost a data mining/business intelligence level tool alone - if you know how to use it.

    Cons: I guess we would want even more integrations in the future - our QuickBooks is connected not to the platform and works well. But, we can benefit from more integration options in the future.

    Overall: We were leveraging a really old software system before BuildOps and it just lived its better days and needed to be replaced. Invoicing, quoting, customer management, support of people in the field, overall tracking - everything is better. We have gone "many levels up" because of BuildOps and their technology.

    Pros: Customer support is quick to respond and help - they are very knowledgeable and very thorough. There is a very impressive amount of information available to you once the platform is live and ready: quotes, orders, jobs, customer info, employee info, assets, etc. History and past parts and assets used are easy to see and track.

    Cons: There is a bit of a learning curve - prepare to invest the first few days to a couple of weeks to learn, but as I mentioned their customer care team is great - you'll have a lot of help.

    Overall: BuildOps enables our guys to invoice in the field and in real-time and streamlines our billing process. Mobile is the way to go - it makes jobs easier for our technicians. We can do so much now - keep track of all quotes, customer agreements, pieces and parts replaced, - we can do our work faster and more accurately these days.

    Pros: BuildOps helped us streamline our company operations and make a big move from how we do things; Moving away from paper invoices. Platform has a lot of features and takes some time to learn - but it is totally worth it in the end. Make sure you leverage their rockstar customer support team.

    Cons: Very happy with their customer support and technology, BuildOps team has helped us a lot in the past year when we were ramping up our platform usage - only good things to say about them.

    Overall: I think we cut our paperwork by 90% at this point, mobile features made the life of our technicians easier, and billing is easily 2-3x times faster now. Plus, they have a solid integration with the accounting tools we use.

    Pros: I like the flexibility, friendliness, and how overall pleasant it is to work with BuildOps team. Functionality is great, yes there are plenty of other options for this type of platforms out there but BuildOps is our partner at this point. We didn't want a provider that would be a rigid giant corporation that wouldn't care about us. BuildOps ended up begin a great choice.

    Cons: Nothing to complain about, they have everything an HVAC or commercial construction needs. We've been using them for over a year and there is so much functionality and technology that BuildOps offers that it is more than enough for our company.

    Overall: Overall, a great experience - their team is willing to work with companies like ours and listen. Something you don't always find when working with a vendor. Just try asking for some features from a similar company in the field that has thousands of customers - good luck with that. BuildOps trained us, their staff is knowledgeable in the industry, and they are open to suggestions from companies like ours.

    Pros: We used to be a very inefficient company that would make too many mistakes. Over reliance on paper processes and a bunch of disconnected software tools - we couldn't trust some of our data at the end of the day.
    BuildOps has changed all of that.

    Cons: Our team loves it, we've been using BuildOps now for some time and really got nothing bad to say. Reporting can be a bit difficult to learn
    during you first couple months, dashboards, etc.

    Pros: They've really improved project management capabilities - pretty awesome set of features now. Like reporting, scheduling and dispatch features, quoting is pretty good too.

    Cons: Reporting is great, but it's more on the BI side and takes some time to learn.
