Pros: Incredible support! Questions are answered quickly and thoroughly with the staff willing to hop on a quick call anytime.
Cons: At this point, I do not have any significant cons.
Overall: Very helpful staff, go above and beyond to assist. I have found them to also be humble and willing to request assistance from a more senior member.

Pros: Owners appreciate DoorLoop for the easy access to important information they need to run their business and how quickly rental income makes it into their bank accounts.
Tenants appreciate DoorLoop's tenant portal for the easy payment options, and full access to their payment history and deposits.
DoorLoop also helped get a handle on maintenance request by keeping all interested parties informed of the status of any request.Cons: Not really a negative if you understand the product is in the final stages of development.
Overall: I am new to the program and as with any software you can expect issues, and the responsiveness is an area where DoorLoop really shines. Tenants really appreciate the tenant portal and owners are seeing rental income in their accounts faster and look forward to monthly P&L reports that confirm their occupancy rates, return on investments and liabilities are in order.

Pros: Ease of entering in data, has most features for a small business property manager; great support staff and customer service
Cons: Adding notes is not one universal screen - they've been split up into different windows/fields and you may feel you can find the note you just entered, or it didn't get entered in and saved properly. Keeping the different screens straight can be a little confusing in the beginning as to where to find them and/or not having to enter it twice. Also, i experienced a number of save-errors when trying to save one certain Owner addr/contact info --but ultimately it ended up being saved after the screen froze, had to close and get back in. I understand the program has some software glitches that may being worked out and there will be additional features added such as the Owner portal roll out.
Overall: Good experience with onboarding, Matt and Berj were very pleasant and professional, very knowledgable on the program setups, and answered all my questions. Once I have been using the program for a couple months (like the tenant portal once they begin to utilize ) I can update my review and recommendation . So far so good this first month of onboard and customizing the program to my specific needs.

Pros: The support is excellent, they answer all my many questions, and made training and onboarding easier than expected. I’ve been very pleased with how everything’s going so far.
Cons: Nothing yet but it’s still too early to tell as we haven’t used the system for more than a few months.
Overall: Overall it’s been a great and seamless experience. My only regret is not setting it up any sooner. I heavily postponed my decision to get any software and I now regret it after seeing how much easier it’s made managing my rental units.

Pros: Customer support has been incredible, I have dealt with Marlon and Berj and they're total rockstars, great response time, and awesome people to deal with. Easy online rent collection, the tenant portal has been a good experience with my tenants switching to, it keeps very good track of expenses, and offers reports at a click of a button!
Cons: No mobile app yet, but it should be coming soon!
Overall: Great customer support, great product, fair price. It's worth every cent for sure! I'd recommend this to any Landlord/property manager!

Pros: The team at DoorLoop is quick to answer my emails, and find solutions to any questions I have. The website is user friendly and aesthetically appealing.
Cons: I would like to see more usability and features like being able to add a payment and match it to a charge on the same page without going back to a new page to enter the charge. Or if you are on a specific vendor's page, and you click "add expense" it asks you to specify the vendor again, seems like that should be inferred. When you are entering expenses, it would be nice if there was a save and new button. Then instead of closing out of the expenses page, you could click save and new instead of save and close, and a new expense page would populate so you could add additional expenses without an extra step of going back to the expense page from the dashboard.
Overall: Using any new technology takes time to get used to, but overall I am pleased with the experience. The customer service is definitely my favorite part about DoorLoop so far, as well as the really nice design of the platform.
