KORONA POS

Pros: It is easy to integrate KORONA POS with retail ecosystem and enhance smooth sales operations. The cost of deployment and maintenance is efficient for most enterprises with average annual income. The customer support team offers technical support with clear use case guidelines and training.

Cons: The enrollment of this platform in our company has been great achievement with positive ROI.

Overall: KORONA POS has generated growth of customer traffic on our sales and marketing platforms from robust engagements. It has created growth base for our retail stores with close monitoring of sales and customer behavior.

Pros: The software is highly scalable in provision of real-time data analytics from sales data with powerful reporting tools. It is easy to integrate KORONA POS with financial system in the enterprise. The customer support team is proactively effective with real-time solution.

Cons: The performance has been awesome since we have not encountered operational downtimes from my desk.

Overall: KORONA POS has generated accurate financial forecasting plan from trusted data patterns analytics. It has enhanced effective budgeting and resource management with reliable cloud-based reporting infrastructure.

Pros: There were no surprise fees or charges. The solution is surprisingly robust and feature rich. It seems like you're getting an enterprise product for SMB pricing paired with responsive support that actually works.

Cons: There are almost too many features and settings. They held my hand during the account configuration but I would have preferred not needing the assistance. Anyhow, after the initial configuration and training it's no problem doing the day to day on your own.

Overall: The price is absolutely fair for what you're getting and it's been really nice having an hones salesperson. It looks like we won't need to change away from Korona no matter how big we grow as a business.

Pros: It offers the right insights for enhancing efficient decision making in sales and product management. The customer support team has enhanced reliable coordination from my team with quick call responses when engaged.

Cons: The performance has been amazing since we deployed Korona Pos with positive ROI.

Overall: I could not have imagined of such firm store and sales infrastructure before until we realized there was Korona Pos as a solid solution. It has enhanced stable market approach with standard product orchestration.

Pros: Cloud based, feature rich, handles multi-tier pricing (retail, commercial, etc). Mostly good uptime.

Cons: SW does not handle Net terms, does not talk to QuickBooks. Lots of accounting irregularities.
Korona keeps taking away features we use daily such as checking stock levels and store pricing. Now we have to "Edit Product" to see the sales prices and customers will see our purchase prices when checking stock levels on the POS screen.
Ongoing bugs such as if you receive inventory at $0 (replacements, etc) then the COGS does not adjust at all.
Releases happen without notice, not even a scant of release notes, requires frequent reworking of our user docs and employee training.
In 5+ years as a multi-store chain, they have never once polled us for feature requests. Requests we've submitted are summarily dismissed.

Overall: What started off as a bit quirky but workable solution has devolved in the past few years into an intolerable mess. Our employees complain about features they rely on being removed, or 5x as many mouse clicks to do the same things. We always accept that SW isn't perfect but generally the direction is to improve. That is not the case with Korona.

Pros: -user friendly
-customer support is tremendous
-very easy to make changes on back office and upload to staff using and customer facing

Cons: -UPCs can only be #s or letters which means we cannot scan in a few products that already have barcodes

Overall: We are a small mom and pop shop but thousands of different products varying from craft beer to cigars to homebrew and winemaking supplies. For over 20 years we used old cash registers and my wife and I purchased the store in 2022 and implemented the first every POS used at the store, which is Korona. This was scary to make the change but it is super user friendly and the customer support is phenomenal. I highly recommend Korona POS!

Pros: Our store has been using Korona POS and it has made running our business easier. The system allows for us to enter and remove things from inventory easily and frequently. When we have hiccups we are able to reach their customer service who is responsive and quick with answers. The installation was not too difficult to complete. Our employees use the system every day and have very little trouble using it.

Cons: The back end of the system is not as accessible for general users. You need a higher lever of technology skill set to work the back end of the system, which we run into issues with when people are not used to or have not been directly taught how to run the system. Another thing that would be nice is creating a program where you can update your equipment i.e. the computer/physical POS. It would be nice if there was a way to return old equipment to update to new equipment without having to pay outright for the new stuff.

Overall: Overall Korona POS has been a great match for our business. Although there are a few things that we wish were different the system and the support are excellent.

Pros: This is an easy to use software for inventory, sales and etc. We are very happy with how robust it is. We only use half of its ability.

Cons: Customers service on the weekends would be ideal.

Overall: Excellent over-all experience with Korona. There are so many options with this software, we are still learning.

Pros: I have had KORONA POS for 1 year now. I own a beer and wine store and this is a perfect fit for us. The back office use and the reports it runs is perfect. We are 100% happy with KORONA POS.

Cons: No cons. This POS is seriously the best we could have asked for.

Overall: Over all this pos is a perfect fit for us. It is user friendly and was easy to learn. Best decision we made.

Pros: KORONA POS is one of the more reasonably priced options that my small nonprofit found when researching POS systems - and what really sets them apart is the stellar customer service. Prompt and accurate!

Cons: There are many preloaded reports that are useful - but some additional flexibility in designing reports and renaming them would be helpful.

Overall: KORONA POS was a solid choice for my small museum and gift shop. A good value for the money, and the responsive tech support is a big plus!

Overall: I switched from QuickBooks POS reluctantly after a software issue. But i was won over by this system.

Pros: Reliable and easy to customize. I like how quickly the team answered my questions when I reached out to them.

Cons: Altering receipts can be hard when multiple items are already rung in.

Overall: Overall this is easy to use and seems like it has all the features to really optimize efficiency uniquely your business.

Pros: Fantastic ability to customize. Quick response regarding any questions or concerns. The customer service is the best!

Cons: So many features that it is sometimes difficult to figure out how to implement some of them.

Overall: We switched from another POS system that we had used for four years. Night and day difference in flexibility and customer service.

Pros: Easy to use, easy to learn, extremely capable. Korona's POS software has been able to handle anything we throw at it.

Cons: The only thing I don't like is that their support team is located on the opposite side of the country, but that's no one's fault.

Overall: Our overall experience thus far has been really great. We would not have made it this far without the help of the support team.

Pros: Fantastic Customer Support. We were having issues with the way our initial internet configuration. It was not a static IP Address and our credit card machine, which is integrated with Korona, would keep dropping out. It took two days to get switched with our internet provider to a static ip address. Korona was very patient and willing to help me do whatever it took to get the cc machines back up until we were able to get a static IP address and fix the issue.

Cons: Not sure yet. There are some features I have not used yet.

Overall: Just like any software, there is always a learning curve. Whenever I have not been able to figure out how to do something on my own, Korona support has always provided quick and effective responses. They have never made me feel like they were frustrated or put out with me.

Pros: Easy and fast to set up thanks to excellent videos that show step by step how to set everything up. In case of any questions their customer service is wonderful! Korona is very simple to understand and user friendly in handling.

Cons: Korona doesn't integrate with Moneris (yet) and the way quantities and discounts are displayed at the till could be a little more clear.

Overall: Korona provides our bakery with an excellent POS system, easy to set up and simple to use. The fact that you can view any report you can think of makes sales management and event planning very comfortable.

Pros: I like the cloud based system. Korona was very similar to what I had before so just had to learn it. There is just a learning curve to the wording that I am used to from my previous system.

Cons: Reporting is a little confusing but I figure it out or I call support.

Overall: Customer service and customer support are awesome! I know I am not using everything yet but I haven't had a chance to do use it all yet.

Pros: Ease of use, customer support. Inventory management, and training that provided was extremely helpful.

Cons: Simplify entering new inventory. May scan product it brings it up and you can update quantity , cost and price from there.

Overall: Overall my experience has been wonderful. We are extremely happy with our system choice. Makes running the business easy.

Pros: I love that its cloud based, I love that it is so customizable and that support is available 24/7 to help with any issues. They are very knowledgable.

Cons: Not much. I would love to get a few more reports to help compare stock at branches and also compare current stock with stock sold in past period. I have been able to create these reports myself by exporting data to excel it just takes a few extra steps.

Overall: Very happy with my decision to use this software and track the performance if my remote stores. well worth the money. I chose it because it did not require a payment processor. Highly recommend it.

Pros: Very affordable and easy to use system. Our management and staff understood how to use the software before the training even happened.

Cons: Backend design and cashier front could use an upgrade design wise.

Overall: Great cloud based system for the money we pay them. Great support and sales team. System works flawlessly.
