    Pros: Ease of use.
    Highly personalized.
    We have some really complicated integrations that being open sourced allowed us to use Korona POS as we wanted to.
    Great customer service.

    Cons: Difficult understanding reporting - not entirely intuitive back end.

    Overall: Overall, pleased! Support is fantastic. We have used a couple different POS systems and this one by far has been the easiest- and easiest to train staff on. A highly customizable interface makes life easy for the cashiers!

    Pros: Great Value for the money and Customer Service is the best I have come across. Credit Card machine integrates with software so it removes potential for human error by typing in total on the machine and having to reconcile credit card reports.

    Cons: Using in a liquor store setting. There is no function for scanning IDs or no "Legal Date' that displays on the home screen to help remind employees of the date to check for.

    Overall: Great overall experience. Don't think you can find a better value for the money out there. Inventory management aspect is great and like I said Customer Service is outstanding. If I am out of town my employees have been able to call the support line and the KORONA staff has been able to help night or day.

    Pros: Super Professional Business Software.
    No Contracts, Month to Month.
    Not tied to a Processor so I can take advantage of processor companies without integrating into a whole new system.

    Cons: It does so much that there is a bit of a learning curve, but I haven't had any issues so far. (my first professional system).

    Overall: Love it! I can grow my business as far as I can dream now. Sky is the limit. I haven't had any major issues and I get a real person to talk to in less than 1 minute when I have a question.

    Pros: Virtually any feature you can think of, robust reporting, incredible and responsive customer service.

    Cons: The user interface leaves something to be desired.

    Overall: We started our business with Korona as our POS a little over a year ago and have not regretted our decision once. The reporting, the features, and the customer service are the best I've come across.

    Pros: Korona is a great, simple-to-use POS system that allows our business to make sales, track finances and employees, and create reports all for a great price.

    Cons: At times I struggle with inventory management due to the generic nature of the platform. I have a bookstore and it can be a challenge.

    Overall: Korona has been great. Not only is it a great POS system the customer support is fantastic. I also love that the product is web-based with a great back office feature.

    Pros: I don't consider myself to be a computer guru I just wanted to be able to easily run my business and put my guests first. Joey, Jared and Ryan helped my in more ways than I could have imagined. I was having a panic attack as I was about to open my toy shop. They made sure everything was working properly including credit card processing. They are there always if you need them and I couldn't say better things about them.

    Cons: I don't have anything negative to say, if I have questions they are there and they have even fixed problems remotely its been great.

    Overall: Perfect. The only company I have had a good experience with since starting my business. Just a great attentive staff.

    Pros: The self-help documentation is overall pretty good and the support team is amazing with super quick response with answers.

    Ryan Anderson is my sale representative and he's been the best sales and support contact person for me. His responses are super fast.

    Cons: No complaints after working with Korona POS. Just a little learning curve like any new POS.

    Overall: The seamless sales and inventory integration with Quickbooks online is accurate so there's no additional manual bookkeeping to input from Korona POS to Quickbooks online. The support team has been very prompt with their responses to my questions unlike many other POS vendors that I dealt with especially Vend POS.

    Pros: Super easy to use scanners and screen are great for marketing materials, we have been using this for almost a year.

    Cons: Back of house did not receive no scanners for inventory intake. The training for the back of house was very choppy. We went through a crash training course where we needed to learn all the basics within 2 weeks both front and back of house.

    Overall: Great system would want to understand better for back of house on more efficient way to enter in product and verify.

    Pros: I have been learning KORONA as my company is planning to move to this POS system. KORONA as first does not seem like a matching POS system for my wholesale company. However, the more I learn to use it, and with the help of awesome customer support, the more I believe this POS system could be a very good fit to many type of business out there.

    Cons: There could be a few function that KORONA is missing (if you like to compare it with other POS that you are using), however, contacting customer support, they may be able to find an alternative method or consider to add that new function to improve KORONA even more. Love it!

    Overall: With all that Pros and Cons, I believe KORONA will not stop here. Their cloud based POS with various useful report function and different warehouse inventory management, plus a 24/7 customer service will keep this POS system to grow even more in the near future.

    Pros: The team/staff. They are excellent. They are friendly, responsive and supportive. The POS is user friendly and the data that is collected is accurate and organized. The back of office is easy to use. If I ever have questions, I can pick up the phone and someone will answer and help.

    Cons: I would like to be able to create my own reports instead of having to use their already created ones. Sometimes I cannot get the exact information that I am looking for by using their "pre-made" reports.

    Overall: This software has completely upgraded and transformed my business. I would recommend this software to any retail business!

    Pros: Easy to use, able to get help and have issues resolved quickly. Cost is good as well as being able to add features such as gift cards and customer loyalty. System is compatible with other integrations for online ordering, app, and delivery.

    Cons: Inventory management needs work. Don't like that when I send an email for help, often is followed up with how I can do it on my own rather than just doing it for me. One of the features I was big on before switching since I am trying to run a business not do things Korona sold me on that they handle.

    Overall: We are 4 months in with Korona and happy so far. They seem to be a newer system so I am hopeful some of my issues will be improved.

    Pros: Easy setup, great customer service. Easy website integration (though took a while to set up), and easy to teach new team members how to use it.

    Cons: Integrating it with our website took a while, but otherwise, it was great.

    Overall: I'd recommend this to anyone. It's easy to use and aesthetically designed. Tech support was always quick and helpful, though I rarely had to contact them for anything.

    Pros: I really like the ease of the POS. It makes training and using effortless.

    We use it in a retail setting and have had great success.
    There are a couple things that I wish the system could do. I have passed those on to the support team, we will see if it's do able.

    Cons: About the only thing I have found that I didn't like was the scan data option for some vendors. Korona is currently working on this issue right now. I have great confidence that they will have it up and running soon.

    Overall: Our retail establishment has had great success with Korona. We tried 3 other POS companies before using Korona. Korona is the best, by far!

    Pros: Probably the best and most powerful POS for a cigar and tobacco shop...tracks costs with ease, and if you don't know how to do something customer service will walk you through it...happily and quickly.

    Cons: Really nothing I don't like...any little glitch is rectified quickly.

    Pros: The support team is amazing. The onboarding and training process was also really simple. Overall, the POS has everything we need.

    Cons: Restarting the POS can take a few minutes. That can be a pain if you are in the middle of a busy time and run into an error.

    Overall: I can't recommend the Korona team highly enough. They are extremely professional and didn't just disappear as soon as they got paid.
