Microsoft 365

Pros: Integration of all parts of the suite is outstanding, from OneDrive and its auto saving feature on all MS Office suite products to Teams and its ability to tie directly into the apps you need to use the most. All around an excellent implementation of cloud licensing.

Cons: Perpetual licenses are great for a buy it and not worry about it ever again, until you want to upgrade... but I still like 1 time cost instead of recurring licensing.

Overall: I was skeptical at first after working in IT for years and being familiar with the old Microsoft licensing system and deploying across enterprise but have since come around to the idea of Office 365 and the integrations they put into it so that everything works so well together makes it well worth it. Also the ability to install on your home computer with a work license just makes sense.

Pros: Many features to use and has a great design. Backed by Microsoft which provides quality updates and support.

Cons: Certain features can be difficult to learn and use. Also is more expensive than other similar options.

Overall: Very easy to use for most basic tasks, if your task needs a higher level of features it may be more difficult to complete.
