Overall: I highly recommend Onehub. It's the best cloud file manager to access, store and share business files with the internal team. We are using Onehub for a long time and trust me we enjoyed its every functionality.

Pros: We are a digital marketing agency, and Onehub is what we use for our client portal. We host our graphic design assets on Onehub, it works flawlessly. Clients get access to their corresponding folders, and the upload and invitation process is easy and intuitive.

Cons: We really don’t have anything bad to say about Onehub. Been using it a long time and are happy with the product.

Overall: If you are looking for an easy solution for a client portal, then this is an excellent product. Especially for Graphic Designers managing multiple clients.

Pros: Wide variety of features and its highly encrypted security makes it one of the best of their types. Easy file storage and sharing for individuals and businesses.

Cons: I always try to pick free or less expensive software and applications.

Overall: I would say you can go for it without thinking as you just pay for the cloud space and it is definitely worth it if you need a software to store and share files.

Pros: UNLIMITED DATAROOMS, easy to use, easy to setup and easy to invite users to and manage. Hardly anytime time to learn how to use all of the features and I love the customer service!

Cons: None I can think of...if I had to put a con it would be to make sure to never have the invite to the dataroom never go into the spam folder.

Overall: Overall I LOVE this software. I've used more expensive datarooms that make utilizing a dataroom so complicated. I love the simplicity of OneHub.com. They know what we need and how to keep updating their system to keep us happy.

Pros: The fully audit trailed system has been a lifesaver, knowing whom touched what and when - without question. Also, the granular permissions control is top notch, being able to escalate and de-escalate a user on the fly is great. The support info in the KB is current and clearly written.

Cons: There could be a 2 step verification process prior to the addition of additional paid seats. User error has resulted in the need for reversal of transactions several times. This costs time for us and for OneHub. Support is very responsive, but is primarily through email, one would think that a portal company would run their own support portal.

Overall: Need a secure customer file share portal without all the server management overhead necessary to DIY, well worth the cost and time saved. Let the third-party that specializes in the security aspect of things focus on that while we focus on usage and best-practices. You should start with the free trial, you'll quickly see if this is the right solution for you. The trial covers everything short of the whitelabeling, which is nice. Don't hesitate to connect with support and you'll see that they are very personable.

Pros: Onehub is intuitive and user friendly. Creating and sharing documents in data rooms is very easy to set up. The interface is flexible for customizing specific color schemes and logos.

Cons: I don't have any cons at this point in time. The product works great for our needs.

Pros: The secure storage option gives high security to my important files saved in the cloud. Role customization and file accessible settings are very useful. The file-sharing gives easy and secure to send business files and helps to collaborate.

Overall: It's the best file sharing and file storage structure. The data are easily accessible to authors. It gives me a one-stop solution for remote file sharing with the inbound team in a very secure manner. The client portal is wonderful, easy to jump around its options and UI is minimal.

Cons: If I had one con it would be that you cannot modify docs like you can on Office 365 file share.

Overall: Overall, I am very satisfied with Onehub. It serves the needs of my firm and our clients. My clients comment about how easy it is to use.

Pros: Convenience of drag and drop interface with Chrome. Button to copy link from web interface to email. Very little issue with outside users ability to access files.

Cons: Not universally supported by all browsers such as Firefox. Those that don't use it routinely seem to forget how to use it.

Overall: Very good. Use it all the time. Will continue to use it for the foreseeable future. Plenty of other cloud services out there but this one gives me the ability to provide download access to folders to clients without additional cost.

Pros: The files stored in the Onehub cloud are secured. You can add users as per their roles. Very useful in sharing files remotely. It also supports File transfer protocol. Very easy to add and manage users.

Cons: Onehub provides everything for remotely cloud file sharing.

Overall: Onehub is an amazing cloud platform to share and store business files. Overall I used Onehub to share business files with business managers. It gives me the best solution to share files from any part of the world. It also gives me the option to add users as per their roles which is very useful in business structure.

Overall: Onehub is great tool for sharing files securely over internet. Although there are a lot of free options available, features of Onehub make it recommended for professional use.

Pros: Onehub lets me add many roles of clients on data stores. It's very easy to setup. It gives me some customization features in user interface while accessing files.

Cons: There is no international support calling. Resolving a ticket takes about 2-3 days.

Overall: Onehub allows me access files from anywhere. Files saved in cloud highly encrypted which it safe to use. It's basically for professional and business user which helps easy to store our business files.

Pros: I am a huge fan of Onehub. It's made so fantastic that anybody can use it. Its got a super nice UI. It's cutting edge and I cant say enough great things about Onehub's ease of use.

Cons: It's possible it may be TOO easy to use if that's possible. Sometimes people think if something isn't hard, they are doing it wrong.

Overall: Onehub's a gem. If you're using another software in your business switch. You won't be sorry. At least we aren't at my firm.
