system: TMConnection is now general class connections to server (TD or TMS)
system: RunTMS is class (in hTMConnections) for invoking TMS
system: inmproved TMS output on terminal
system: changed default ports of servers to numbers below 65535
system: included libraries hSocket and hTMCOnnections to freezed version
system: TMS: uses now TMConnection class
system: hRun.py: stdout and stderr of executing processis piped to temporary file (cleanup is necessary) and after process has finished, these files are written to logfile if requested
systems: hRunJob.py: utilizes TMCOnnection class
system: other bugfixes and general code cleanup
