VVV (Virtual Volumes View) Code

Now the program shows files and folders sizes with thousands separators.

Added help to the File Information dialog. The dialog showed a help button but it did not show anything.

Now VVV help uses the .htb version for all operating systems. Under Windows it used the .chm version.

Added an option to show the list control rows with alternate colors to improve readability.

Now the program remembers the search settings for filename and description.

Now the program remembers the width of the listview columns in search mode too.

Added an item in the "Tools" menu to open the file or folder selected in the listview with the default program.
Added a context menu to the listview with the same purpose.

Small change to the code that open files: now if the volume does not have a physical path (because it has been cataloged with an older version) VVV shows an error message.

Now double-clicking on a file opens it with the default program, if the file is available.

Now the "Add to virtual folder" dialog uses OS standard icons.
