#29 Deactivate abandoned ads
Deactivate ads that have pending offers or questions that have gone ignored for too long, probably 10 days.
This should remove the cruft from the listings and keep them viable.
Such deactivated ads could be edited by the owners and reactivated, should they ever log in again.
