hi...i am unable to create reports.
if there are no records in database ,its showing error,
but if it contains records its not showing anything(report not generating)
please help me

    Hi,

    Please check whether appserver.home path in system config property file ,is set into tomcat location.

    NOTE: system config file location : /akura-web/java/config/systemConfig.properties

    EX:-
    appserver.home =C:/projects/apache-tomcat-7.0.16

    so, set appserver.home path as in your machine tomcat path and re-deploy.
