#55 Caret in tracker note column blocks f- and arrow keys

OK - I've did some testing too - and I see that it works fine with the caret for other columns than the note column. I'm able to switch octave in e.g. the velocity column even though the caret is present. But the note - when the caret is there, I have to click outside the caret to be able to use the keyboard (even for moving to the next column/row).
I'll note this down as a bug, and I'm sure it's possible to fix the note column, as it uses a customized renderer (should behave more like the default renderers).
