#27 Humanize, interpolate, amplify selection
Humanize (addjust or substract a small random values)
selected notes volume/panning/length/time (separate
abilities for each parameter) in Piano roll and
Tracker.
Interpolate (slightly move from one value to another)
selected effect/volume column in tracker. Both linear
and logarithmic interpolation needed.
Amplify (fade in/out) selected effect/volume column in
tracker.
