Every time I export a project as MIDI, the resulting MIDI file plays at what appears to be 120bpm. However, the project is set to 60bpm, and Frinika plays it at 60bpm. When I import a MIDI file to a Frinika project, however, it recognizes the beats per minute of the imported file (e.g. 73, 89, etc.) and plays the imported file at the same speed my media player plays the file, so I assume there is a way to define the beats per minute of a MIDI file.

The ability to tell it to remember the beats per minute when exporting to MIDI so that my media player will play it at the correct speed would be appreciated.

My Frinika version: 0.4.0-beta
My media player used for playing exported MIDI files: Windows Media Player 9 (Windows 2000)

If this is already possible, please tell me how. You can use this email: source@oatmeal.afewmoore.net
