Add the unit test for WRITE FILE RECORD message and supporting classes and perform any required debugging along the way.

Please see the com/ghgande/j2mod/modbus/cmd/WriteRecordTest class.

The test case first performs a READ FILE RECORD, then issues a WRITE FILE RECORD request with the same contents. There may be a change to this test case to suppress that behavior.
