Even if I check that digests shouldn't be used for a particular mailing list
several web pages have traces of digests anyway, which will make subscribers
think there are digests available.
* The "listinfo" page has the "Would you like to receive list mail batched
in a daily digest?" question there although it's not possible to answer it.
* The "roster" page has a column "0 Digested Members of <list>".
* The "options" page for a particular subscriber still has
"Set Digest Mode". Setting that gives the answer
"The list administrator has disabled digest delivery for this list ...",
but shouldn't that option simply be unavailable instead?

This bug is still valid, but fixing this for the 2.0 release isn't feasible. It will be fixed in a future release when it's easier to customize, modify, and programmably craft the web pages.
