Issue On the Report to Suspend Favorable Personnel
Actions (FLAG) when entering and APFT failure the code
listed next to the "APFT Failure (I)" and "Weight Control
Program (J)" is the wrong letter in SECTION II - Initiate
a FLAG. It should be listed as "APFT failure (J)"
and "Weight control program (K)"

I have changed it in the meps\apft\flagsubmit.asp
however once an update is performed the code will list
incorrectly again.

    reference line numbers if possible.

    I changed line 241 column 61 from I to J.

    I changed Line 243 column 23 from J to K.

    One more thing: Does your user have the regulation for the
    change? It'd be handy to have when we got to BAMC with
    the bug.

    Last thing: This actually has a few more steps to make it
    actually "work" if the codes do in fact need to be changed.
    Right now, it may "look" right on the report, but it isn't
    completely correct. Research and modifications will have to
    be done to fully fix this part of the APFT Manager. If that is
    the case, it will go on the list of things to be addressed with
    the APFT redesign is given as a priority. Just want to prepare
    you for it.
