I am able to download ProjectLibre version 1.9.8, but unable to start the program in Mac OS Sequoia 15.5.
After giving permits to start installation, the Project Libre logo appears in the Dock bar, but it disappears after 1-2 seconds.

That is odd.... we litterally have many thousands of successful installations on macOS with M silicon. There are multiple messages here... wondering if you have gone to Systems Preferences and allowed it to install.... or do you have virus software/network software causing a conflict?

Missing font library from install package. If you run from command line it shows the error. I used homebrew to remedy the issue: 'brew install harfbuzz'
