Timer
Simple web-based timer using JavaScript only (no Flash or Java). Supports counting up and counting down with alarm. Timer value can be changed directly while the timer is running. Easy to bookmark and configure through the URL. http://sftimer.sf.net/

Tock is a very easy to use timer that only uses a tiny bit of your desktop space. It has three modes: stopwatch (with a log), event countdown and interval.
