The version miRDP1.1 has updated the manual and slightly changed scripts of miRDP package.

miRDP1.1.tar.gz is the package of scripts documented by PERL.

New_M.tar.gz is the demo, including files that could be used to show how to find new miRNAs.

Known_M.tar.gz is the demo, including files that could be used to show how to explore the expression pattern of annotated miRNAs.

For every file in each compressed package, details could be found in miRDP manual or interpretation in itself.
