The version miRDP1.2 has solved the problem that the name of some files in the manual and demos are not the same.

miRDP1.2.tar.gz is the package of scripts documented by PERL.

New_M.tar.gz is the demo, including files that could be used to show how to find new miRNAs.

Known_M.tar.gz is the demo, including files that could be used to show how to explore the expression pattern of annotated miRNAs.

For every file in each compressed package, details could be found in miRDP manual or interpretation in itself.
