The version miRDP1.3 has fixed a bug in convert_bowtie_to_blast.pl and add the script convert_SAM_to_blast.pl which can convert SAM file to blast format.

miRDP1.3.tar.gz is the package of scripts documented by PERL.

miRDP_manual1.3.pdf is the updated manual.

New_M.tar.gz is the demo, including files that could be used to show how to find new miRNAs.

Known_M.tar.gz is the demo, including files that could be used to show how to explore the expression pattern of annotated miRNAs.

For every file in each compressed package, details could be found in user's manual or interpretation in itself.
