I am an attorney, and my cases frequently include video files as evidence. It is extremely helpful to have a program that allows for both forward and reverse frame-by-frame navigation. I'd love to see a frame counter added that is always visible and can also control navigation. This would be extremely helpful when all parties/witnesses need to have the exact same start/reference point in the video.

Been using this for years and years. Occasionally there might be some issues with older videos or non-standard codecs but nothing that can't be worked around. Less versatile than VLC but also much more user friendly.

I really like the MPC-BE this is my preferred program for watching films. etc. Thank you all for continually improving the program and please continue as long as possible.

It was really a very fine player, but the last update totally killed any usability. The Ui is very confusing and it's hard to even find the play button. Had to uninstall.
