This license regards the Windows version of TOra below referred to as the
Software.
Granted Rights
==============
1. You are granted the non-exclusive rights set forth in this license
provided you agree to and comply with any and all conditions in this
license. Whole or partial distribution of the Software, or software items
that link with the Software, in any form signifies acceptance of this
license.
2. You may copy and distribute the Software in unmodified form provided that
the entire package, including - but not restricted to - copyright,
trademark notices and disclaimers, as released by the initial developer
of the Software, is distributed.
3. You are as an individual granted a personal, non-exclusive
non-transferable license, in a non-commercial setting, to use the
Software. As a special exception you are also granted to use the Software
for evalution purposes in a commercial setting for no more than 30 days
after initial installation.
4. Upon purchasing an commercial license for the software you are further
granted use of the Software for purchased number of users in a
commercial setting. All future updates are available free after purchase.
Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Underscore AB be liable for any damages whatsoever, including
- but not restricted to - lost revenue or profits or other direct, indirect,
special, incidental or consequential damages, even if they have been advised of
the possibility of such damages, except to the extent invariable law, if any,

The Software and this license document are provided "AS IS" with NO WARRANTY OF
ANY KIND, INCLUDING THE WARRANTY OF DESIGN, MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT WITH REGARD TO THE SOFTWARE.
Choice of Law

This license is governed by the Laws of Sweden. Disputes shall be settled by
Stockholm City Court.
Notes
=====
This license basically says that if you get paid while using TOra you need to
buy a license. You are however granted a 30 day evaluation period.
If you have registered TOra you can see what kind of license is currently used
on startup in the status bar of the application. Specifically you can see for
how many developers the software is licensed.
Also the per developer license grants you permission to install one license of
TOra on any number of computers as long as only one person is using it. So it's
perfectly ok to install TOra using the same license on both your home computer,
laptop and work computer even if you use all three for work at times, as long
as only one person is using it for commercial used.
You are allowed to redistribute the software in unmodified form on any media
you like. You may charge a fee for the physical act of transferring a copy.
