We will perform maintenance on our Marketing Campaigns Templates database on Saturday, October 25th, from 4PM-8PM PT to upgrade our database version. During this time, customers may experience interruptions when creating, editing, or deleting templates, template versions, or design data. This maintenance may also affect the creation or modification of single sends, campaigns, and automations, as they are reliant on the template service.

[MAINTENANCE] MC Campaigns API - Saturday, November 1, 4PM-8PM PT Nov 1, 2025 16:00-20:00 PDT

In order to increase the stability and scalability of our systems, we are performing scheduled maintenance on Marketing Campaigns, November 1st, between 4:00pm - 8:00pm PT.

During this time, customers may experience failures for requests to create, delete, schedule, or modify a Campaign (Single Send). GET requests (and Single Send “Search”) will be supported. Various Marketing Campaign API endpoints may return with code 500 error during maintenance.

Monitoring - We are currently monitoring a Twilio SendGrid service outage impacting multiple components. Customers may have experienced delays or errors when sending mail using Dynamic Templates, accessing or managing Marketing Campaigns (including Campaigns, Automations, Templates, and Stats), and when using Email Accounts and Identity services such as Subuser or Teammate creation, Console login, and IP Access Management.
Additionally, Email Advanced Stats data may been delayed or incomplete within the SendGrid Console and API.

Starting October 2, 11:42 AM PST and until October 13, 12:50 PM PST, administrators of parent accounts might not have been able to set up credit usage alerts for subusers. This didn't impact email sending. The issue has been resolved and all impacted services are operating normally.
