ChrisWebbTech I do not understand how the extra column would work, because the news page would still show up in search, right? I created an archive folder and copied the news page there and then deleted the original post. I get an error message when I try to deploy an asset library: "This library is not on the site that contains other organization asset libraries." Does it mean that there already is another asset library, on another site, in use? Sorry for not being clear. As an external user, I would like to know how I see which tenant the team and shared channel is part of. If the team name for example is Event planning and the channel name Social media campaign, then it makes sense for employees of that company but could be confusing for external users, especially in the case there are several teams named the same. Hi, what is wrong with the menus in SharePoint? The changes only show on the computer I am using for editing the menu. This is the case for both "website menus" as well as hub site menus. It has been days since I made the updates and the client has deleted all cookies etc. I have even tried looking at the menu in the SharePoint-app on my iPhone, but I see the same as the client, ie the old version. Are there any recommendations of where you should have your Organization Assets Library? Could it be on your home site or is that not the best option? I have read in some places that you should create a separate site for it, ie Branding, but I found no explanation on why you should do it. Also, what is the best alternative for news? Do you create a separate site for all news or do you publish them on respective site? I would then like to be able to filter news by (managed) metadata, as you are able to in the web part Highlighted content. I believe that function is coming soon, any updates on that?
