Has anyone else had seemingly un fixable broken links in AC?Support could not help me fix mine after tonnes of messaging so now I send that link in a separate email to my clients which is a bit clunky to say the least!

This would be a game-changer for me to be able to actually speak with someone one and one to walk me through my challenges with the platform

Do you offer helpful tours of your site to help me use all that you offer better?

Would be great to have step by step plan with all the useful features. As for now we only do our newsletters through the Active campaign and only recently started to set automation.

Previously I tried to complete the ActiveCampaign course on the different tools to use and I saw that some of them only had a video showing what it was but no explanation of how to use it.

It´s not so intuitive to create a form and make it nice with design. AC need to make this process much more friendly.
