Takes a lot of care and feeding. There is also not much standardization among Manhattan products (such as Enterprise Order Management to Warehouse Management System). Some administrative tools just flat don't work and you have to work around it. The product is highly customized to you, so even on the same version it is hard to take the knowledge and experience from one brand to another.
