What do you like best about Meiro?

"Meiro helped us out a lot with customer data management, we have several sources of data and platforms so their single customer view proved to be adaptable, accurate, and allowed us to create comprehensive customer profiles. We've been playing around with the AI assistant too, we can make tailored web banners and pop-ups that can target specific audiences and segments based on their behavior which resulted in higher conversions. The ROI from the first three months already justified the cost, and the cost is relatively less expensive than other CDPs we were looking into.

It's super user-friendly, we had a training session with the meiro team and our marketing and IT team so the marketing team can independently build audiences and set-up campaigns. On-prem implementation option is very unique and let us overcame many regulatory problems in terms of data storage and management.

It is very easy to implement with its well documented procedures and easy to use interfaces.

Highly customizable connectors and workspaces lets you ingest or export the data as your creativity and need.

What do you like best about Meiro?

Meiro has an excellent system for organizing and managing data. Their CDP includes a feature that automatically gathers data from all our sources without needing us to clean or transform it first. This has been really helpful because we didn't have to spend extra money on creating new systems to manage our data—Meiro handles everything from start to finish, saving us a lot of money.

The interface is very intuitive, our team is able easily create segments, set up campaigns and analyze the customer insights.

Having 1st-party data insight from different channels and devices, with Meiro platform we can develop extensive knowledge of our customer, improve our marketing campaigns and increase efficiency.

We use segmented audiences in ad systems to establish direct contact and as the foundation for creating lookalike prospecting models from Meiro platform. It allows us to maximize our acquisition budgets.

What do you like best about Meiro?

One of our biggest struggles was online/offline user identification, Meiro helped us to solve it. Now we can unify interaction across different devices and platforms, across 1st and 3rd party cookies. Starting to use Meiro identity resolution, we were able to improve effectiveness and scale our marketing campaigns.

We focused on a few key use cases, including targeting abandoned carts and creating personalized exit popups. We quickly saw the improvement on ROI, and almost 2X revenue growth.

Our marketing team became autonomous and can build segments and activate data without waiting for IT help.

Recently, we also started to use Meiro mobile push notifications, and we can contact our app users with personalized messages too.

What do you like best about Meiro?

Customer insights and segmentation features are amazing! When we started working with Meiro and set up them, the revenue was raised tremendously and we even discovered new revenue streams for our retail business by selling banner ad impressions to the brands and partners we work with.

With advanced customization of attributes and events we can literally read the thoughts of our customers and personalize their experience in a highly targeted way.

We were able to integrate all our users' data from all the touchpoints - website, CRM, app, media tagging and create comprehensive and effective personalisation that resulted in lower CPA and significant increase in the revenue.

Implementing first the most crucial use cases as abandon cart and personalised exit pop ups, after a few months we already generated revenue that covered Meiro’s license costs!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Meiro?

Meiro has the best level of customization we have ever seen. As a bank we put data security and privacy as the most important criteria for choosing CDP. We’ve explored numerous options including Salesforce and Adobe, but surprisingly they were not able to accommodate our data privacy needs across APAC. On the contrary, Meiro helped us to set up CDP within our own on-prem infrastructure, so we were able to meet requirements to host data locally.

In terms of the level of support, Meiro’s team is just best-in-class professional and always available to resolve our request and share best practices for managing our data and activating our data insights.

With the Meiro ETL/Reverse ETL layer we were able to consolidate and process the data in real-time, and hit our customers with relevant offers when they were looking for it.

What do you like best about Meiro?

Meiro CDP is helping us to prepare and overcome the ban on 3rd party cookies. Now, we can create personalized campaigns, segment audiences, and make lookalike audiences for better ad campaigns. We saw return on investment very fast after starting to run the campaigns.

Meiro seamlessly integrates with programmatic ads, helping us optimize campaign budgets and get real-time results.

Meiro has a strong data integration and management system. The CDP includes built-in ETL/Reverse ETL, which means it collects data from all touchpoints and systems without needing prior cleaning or transformation. This saves us the cost of building additional data management infrastructure.

What do you like best about Meiro?

Identity stitching is superior! Compared to other vendors, Meiro’s identity stitching rules are accurate and flexible, which helps us to get precise consolidated customer profiles across channels and devices. Using that, it´s possible to deliver truly personalised customer experiences and in real-time and get better ROI.

Integration is very easy and takes a short time.

Having a built-in feature for creating and personalizing web banners and popups with an option to show specific banners to different audiences.

With granular roles and access management - makes the work of marketing and IT more efficient.

What do you like best about Meiro?

We moved to Meiro last year, when we expanded our business to the Middle East.

The first and main reason was that Meiro supports private cloud and on-prem, that was crucial to us as we must follow country regulations and Meiro allowed us to deploy it locally on AWS.

Another important thing that I want to point out is transparent pricing. While we struggled to get unexpected bills with charges for add-ons and export of extra-data from Bloomreach. With Meiro it’s not a problem anymore and we have clear budget planning without extra charges.

Also, compared to Bloomreach, Meiro’s identity stitching rules are flexible. It significantly improved the accuracy of consolidating customer profiles across devices, browsers, and channels and helped us to deliver better personalized experiences.

Last but not least, finally it’s true real-time personalisation. Despite everyone talking about real-time, I know that it’s an issue on the market.
