"Unified Customer View and Human-Like Automation, but Reporting and Pricing Have Limits"
What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

Truly unified customer view:

Every interaction—email click, form fill, chat, or ad engagement—flows into one contact record, giving a live, 360° view of the buyer journey that’s actually usable for marketing decisions.

Automation that feels human:

The workflows aren’t just about triggers and actions; they allow for intelligent branching, personalization, and timing that make campaigns feel tailored, not templated.

Native alignment between Marketing and Sales:

The shared CRM foundation ensures both teams speak the same language—no data silos, no attribution guesswork, just one pipeline of truth.

Insights built for action, not just reporting:

Dashboards connect marketing performance directly to revenue, letting you see which campaigns move deals—not just clicks or opens. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

Reporting customization can feel limited without higher-tier plans.

Advanced automation logic sometimes requires workarounds.

Pricing scales quickly as contact volume grows.

Integrations with non-HubSpot tools can need extra maintenance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Comprehensive and Seamless, but Can Be Overwhelming for New Users"
What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

HubSpot integrates seamlessly with almost every tool — whether for enterprises, scale-ups, or startups. The data flow between platforms is smooth, and the overall experience feels cohesive. It’s one of the most complete marketing platforms I’ve used, offering true end-to-end functionality without needing additional tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

At times, the platform can feel overwhelming due to its extensive features. The UI could be more intuitive to make navigation simpler for new users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Powerful All-in-One Marketing Platform for Growth"
What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

HubSpot Marketing Hub offers an all-in-one platform that simplifies campaign management, email automation, and lead tracking. The dashboards are intuitive, analytics are detailed, and integrations with CRM and social media tools make it easy to manage marketing workflows from a single place. It’s great for aligning sales and marketing efforts efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

While powerful, HubSpot can feel expensive as our contact list grows, and certain advanced features are locked behind higher-tier plans. The learning curve can be steep for beginners, and customization options for some reports and templates are limited. However, once set up, it’s a highly effective tool overall. "Great for sales and revenue insights"
What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

What I appreciate most about HubSpot Marketing Hub is how it manages to combine user-friendly simplicity with robust capabilities. The platform streamlines campaign management, workflow automation, and personalized outreach, all without becoming too complex or technical. I find it particularly valuable that its automation features still maintain a personal touch, so customers don’t feel like they’re just getting generic communications. The reporting tools also stand out, providing clear insights into what’s effective and what isn’t, which allows me to make quick adjustments and improvements. Additionally, its seamless integration with other tools ensures that marketing efforts are closely connected with sales and service, making teamwork much more efficient. In the end, HubSpot Marketing Hub enables me to market more intelligently and efficiently, giving me more time to focus on creativity and strategic planning. What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

What I find challenging about HubSpot Marketing Hub is that many of the more advanced features either require a significant learning curve or are only available in the higher-priced plans. Although the main tools are generally easy to use, exploring deeper customization, advanced reporting, or more complex automation can sometimes feel less straightforward than expected. At times, the platform can seem overwhelming because it offers such a wide range of capabilities, making it take longer to determine the most effective setup. Additionally, small frustrations—such as occasional inflexibility in design templates or having to click through several steps to complete a simple task—can accumulate over time. While none of these issues are dealbreakers, they can slow you down when you need to work quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"HubSpot is a strong platform for managing email marketing and measuring campaigns."
What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

The tool makes it straightforward to build newsletters with its drag-and-drop builder, which allows a lot of flexibility in layout and design. It’s simple to tailor emails to different contact segments, set up campaigns in advance, and track how they perform. The reporting dashboards are clear and give quick insights into engagement, which makes it easier to refine future communications. Overall, it saves time and makes the email marketing process more organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

The email editor could run more smoothly. At times, font changes don’t stick until after refreshing the page and reapplying them. Default brand settings for fonts and colors also aren’t always carried over automatically, which adds extra manual adjustments. Previews can display inconsistently depending on the device, so additional testing is often needed. On top of that, some more advanced capabilities like A/B testing or deeper analytics are only unlocked with higher plans. Still, none of these drawbacks overshadow the overall usefulness of the platform.

Also the integration with Zoom does not work fully unless mandatory registration is turned on in Zoom - meaning when hosting webinars and you have a Hubspot landing for registration, you will also have to have registrations turned on in Zoom, so the user has to register twice. This can be solved with a workaround by uploading the attendance list manually after the event. A bit of a hassle- this should be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Improved productivity and ease of marketing"
What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

The platform is incredibly user-friendly and intuitive, making it easy to build automated workflows, segment audiences, and launch campaigns without needing technical support. The integration across marketing, sales, and CRM is seamless, which helps keep our data clean and our teams aligned. I especially like how quickly we can test, iterate, and report on performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

The reporting capabilities can feel restrictive at times - especially when trying to build more advanced, cross-object dashboards or custom attribution views. Some features that feel essential (like A/B testing for certain email types or campaign cloning) are gated behind higher tiers. And while the ecosystem is strong, integrating with certain third-party tools still requires workarounds or custom development. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Beginner's Review: Comprehensive Tutorials, Confusing Jargon"
What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

The best aspect of HubSpot Marketing Hub is its unparalleled commitment to user education and support. Coming from a paid media background, where platforms are often very siloed, I appreciate that HubSpot provides tutorial videos for virtually every feature and function. This vast resource library transforms the steep learning curve into a self-paced training course. This accessibility to comprehensive, high-quality content is absolutely essential for any user attempting to master the platform and integrate it into a cohesive strategy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

My primary frustration lies in the complexity and the unnecessary use of specialized, long-winded jargon. The system is extremely difficult for a new user to navigate; you cannot truly get around or utilize its power without significant, dedicated training. This complexity is compounded by the platform’s internal terminology. Instead of using concise, widely accepted marketing language—for example, simply calling a collection of contacts an “audience”—the system opts for terms like “segment.” This approach creates needless cognitive load and friction for new adopters, forcing you to learn a new, proprietary vocabulary just to perform standard tasks. "User Friendly, Great for Email & Marketing Campaigns, Organizing Contacts"
What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

I love the plethora of information (fields) you can include for each record. It is easy to pick out which items of information you need and how you want it arranged on the pages. Also, creating lists and reports is very customizable and fairly straightforward. I usually download lists into an Excel file, which makes it easy to sort and manipulate. We use HubSpot for fairly large email/marketing campaigns, announcements, invitations, and holiday greetings. We make a point to send out at least 1 campaign monthly, plus we announce training or livestream webinars at least every other month. HubSpot marketing has made that process quick, easy, and with great feedback on delivery and engagement. This helps us to tweak our efforts if there are people or organizations who have patterns of opening or responding to our messages. We only use it along with Excel and Adobe, and have integrated with Microsoft Teams smoothly as well. We had no formal training, just watched videos and accessed the help desk to implement this application within our organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

At times, the standard reports are missing information that I would expect to be included, but making adjustments is straightforward. Customer service leaves something to be desired, as it can be difficult to reach a real person quickly. Overall, though, the application has fulfilled its purpose, and we continue to find new ways to use it and maximize its value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Comprehensive Marketing Platform with Strong AI Features, But Watch the Licensing Costs"
What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

The ability to schedule and publish content across multiple social platforms simultaneously is a genuine time-saver, whilst the unified content calendar provides excellent visibility of your entire social media strategy.

The robust reporting capabilities offer comprehensive insights into campaign performance, lead attribution, and ROI metrics, with custom report building allowing for tailored analysis that aligns with specific business objectives.

Additionally, the AI assistance in building workflows has streamlined our marketing automation processes considerably, with smart recommendations for workflow triggers and actions helping create more sophisticated nurture campaigns, whilst the AI content suggestions feature speeds up the creation of email sequences and landing page copy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

My main frustrations with HubSpot Marketing Hub centre around certain features being locked behind specific seat types, which can create budget constraints and limit team accessibility with team members unable access tools they need without additional licensing costs.

Additionally, identifying which specific activities are driving results versus those that aren't performing can be more complex than expected, as the attribution reporting, whilst comprehensive, sometimes lacks the granular detail needed to make quick tactical adjustments. "All-in-One Platform That Keeps Us Organized"
What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

What I like best is how seamlessly everything is connected, from email campaigns and landing pages to lead tracking and analytics. It is very intuitive, which makes it easy to build and launch campaigns quickly without having to switch between multiple tools. The real-time insights are also very helpful for seeing what works and making quick adjustments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

The platform can feel a bit overwhelming at first because it has so many features, and it takes some time to learn where everything is. Some of the more advanced tools are also locked behind higher pricing tiers, which can be limiting for smaller teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
