What do you like best about ZoomInfo Sales?

Game changer for prospecting: It's been two years since I have been using Zoominfo. It has transformed how I find prospects. Its extensive database is a gold mine for potential prospects and business partners.

User-friendly interface: The platform is very user-friendly and intuitive, making it easy for me to get started and become proficient quickly & implementation is very seamless.

Precision Targeting: The advanced search filters allow me to pinpoint prospects efficiently.

Seamless integration integrates with LinkedIn Sales Nav and helps me quickly find the prospect's details.

Excellent customer support: The customer support team is very responsive and helpful.

What do you like best about ZoomInfo Sales?

Our business development team in North America has been using ZoomInfo for years. They use it every day while prospecting and it helps them to directly find the contact information of the prospects (direct email and mobile phones). What do you dislike about ZoomInfo Sales?

Our BDR team in EMEA and APAC used to work with ZoomInfo, but we after 2 years we came to the conclusion that the amount of direct emails and mobile phones, compared to North America, is low in EMEA and APAC. What do you like best about ZoomInfo Sales?

Zoominfo has definitely made my life as an SDR easier since I get to speak with Decision Makers quicker and has helped me land active jobs for the client I'm working for, get more accurate information and have accurate context of businesses when I call to talk to the right people. All I need sometimes is a name, an email, or just the business name or link. There are so many options I can use to get to the right people, that if I don't have one, I can just use another and still get the right information. What do you dislike about ZoomInfo Sales?

Sometimes when filtering I might miss valuable information, but only when using too many filters, so possibly is just my ignorance on how to properly use them. Other than that, no complaints Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ZoomInfo Sales?

It will help me to lead nurturing and find the correct number for USA. It also help me to set the persona and export the data as per the department wise. It is really easy to use and helpful to export multiple data at once. Also, it was easy to implement with D365 which we use most for saving lead in CRM, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ZoomInfo Sales?

The dislike thing is you get two type of credit one is Contact Credits and Export credit. Suppose if you viewing one contact it will use 1 contact credit but if you export 25 contact at a time it will use 25 export credit which I suggest it should be one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ZoomInfo Sales?

As an SDR, ZoomInfo has been a game-changer for prospecting. The huge, updated contact database helps me quickly find decision-makers, and the Org Chart view makes it easy to understand reporting structures. I also like the intent data, which shows which companies might be in the market for our solution. What do you dislike about ZoomInfo Sales?

Some contact details can be outdated or incomplete, especially for niche industries. The credit system runs out quickly if you’re doing high-volume prospecting, and the pricing can feel steep for smaller teams. It also takes a little time to fully learn all the features. What do you like best about ZoomInfo Sales?

The functionality of "WebSights" is sensational, as it displays all the companies, along with their corresponding data, (in real time) that come you your website. It not only provides you with a trove of information--including page views, session duration, number of visits, primary location, industry, revenue, and employees--but it also gives you tiered employee data, including email and engagement level. But that's not all... using AI, you can then generate and send targeted emails by product/solution/service topic.

We also appreciate "Intent", as it furnishes detailed information regarding companies that have been searching for products/services that correlate to the products/services you provide.

All of the above data can be filtered for to make searching for specifics (e.g., location by zip coe and zip radius) easy and effective!

Implementation is a breeze... their customer support is outstanding... and we use it every day (in fact, it's always up on our browser window!) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ZoomInfo Sales?

It's not a dislike, it's just a comment: While you the company that came to your website, you don't know the specific employee who came--but this is easily overcome via the "employees" and "org chart" tabs--as you really want to target the decision maker. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I value most is how easy it is for me to identify and connect with quality potential clients. The platform saves me a lot of time in prospecting and gives me precise information that used to take me days to obtain. What do you like best about ZoomInfo Sales?

Firstly, I find ZoomInfo invaluable because of the depth of information they provide on the companies I am researching. They have contacts for every company and in most cases, a direct email, phone number and/or cell phone number. Additionally, you can see who is likely to respond which helps in guiding my multi-threading efforts. What do you dislike about ZoomInfo Sales?

My company has not elected to use the integration feature to connect to our CRM so I still need to re-enter information I have found in ZoomInfo directly in our CRM even though the feature exists. A great campaign always starts with an audience. I love how ZoomInfo Sales makes finding my target audience easy and suggests the best way to reach them. In some cases, the data needs to be updated, so I always check accuracy before sending any type of marketing out. By using Advanced Search to target a specific geography, industry, or company size, I can quickly pull contacts of our best target (based on our personas). Don't spend more time creating your cold outreach list than your content. By using ZoomInfo, we can focus on the message because we know we are reaching the right people. What do you dislike about ZoomInfo Sales?

The downside to any tool like ZoomInfo is that it can't be 100% accurate, 100% of the time. However, I do like that if I discover incorrect or outdated data, I can submit the updates and receive confirmation that ZoomInfo has made the change on the person or organization's profile. What do you like best about ZoomInfo Sales?

As Vice President of Corporate and Commercial Partnership for a space company, the ability to make contact with my target accounts is paramount to my success. Zoominfo makes it easy by taking literally hours out of the research that I would usually have to conduct for each potential partner. I use it multiple times a day and, when I get lost, the customer support is there to help me figure it out. I love the various features with updates that hit my inbox on the daily helping me to focus me efforts each day.
