Salesforce is not just a CRM platform anymore, as I have been using it for more than a year now at PalEnable solutions. We run our sales team and service team through it and it had provided such quality in handling the data, provided actionable insights and satisfied all level of teams that required their customized 360 degree view.
Working as the implementor and the core team that customised the platform to make it suit for our business, it was relatively easy and the challenges that we faced, we could resolve it through the documentation and with help of the cutomer support team.
We also integrated it with Slack and Workato, to ingest data and create a complete ecosystem to communicate within our team and perform tasks easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One aspect I dislike about Salesforce is its payment structure. The recurring fees, additional charges for extra storage, and the need to purchase various licenses make the whole process unnecessarily complicated.
Another issue is that, for non-technical employees who use the platform, it can be quite challenging to learn. Even simple tasks sometimes appear overly complex, making it difficult for them to adapt. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
