What do you like best about Jiminny?

I like that Jiminny makes it really easy for us to learn from each other. Listening back to calls together helps us spot what works, share ideas, and improve as a team. It also saves time and gives us useful insights we wouldn’t have otherwise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jiminny?

The only thing I’d say I dislike is that it can sometimes feel a bit time-consuming to go through longer calls. But that’s also the trade-off for having really detailed insights, so it’s not a huge issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Jiminny?

What I like best about Jiminny is how easy it makes it to review and learn from calls. It helps our team quickly identify what’s working, where we can improve, and how to coach more effectively. What do you dislike about Jiminny?

Sometimes the transcription accuracy can be off, especially with background noise or multiple speakers, which makes reviewing notes a bit slower. A smoother sync or shorter delay between call completion and availability for review would also help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Jiminny?

You cannot give valuable, actionable feedback without a fair insight into your team's performance. Sales managers often underestimate actual interaction with prospects over numbers and results. How can you judge an executive without a clear view of the quality and dynamic applied during their value proposition - and analysing client's response to their input? Jiminy came to change forever the way I lead my team - I coach and support 10 executives in different markets, and without the clear view this tool provides, I wouldn't be as fair a manager nor a good coach to my team who's now very clear on the type of tips & feedback I can provide them with! What do you like best about Jiminny?

Very easy to use, great user interface and easy to integrate in our workflow. The AI recap is incredible and saves time taking notes. Jiminny also lets you click on the notes and it will bring you back to the part of the video where the note is based off. There are definitely other use cases that will come from this application. The AI is a little off at times - like all AI responses, these need to be checked before sending but that is to be expected. What do you like best about Jiminny?

Jiminy is very user friendly and easy to pick up. I can seach for key words and find calls relating to those words with ease. The information picked up by the AI is accurate and makes my life easier when listening to calls so that I can easily see where calls went well and where they didnt. The support by Jiminy is great and they are quick at getting back to you. I use Jiminy on a daily basis and can't say that I have enountered any issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Jiminny record your verbal interactions with your customer and you can make notes and even go back and listen to the interaction. It has made logging calls and meeting notes to CRM so much better. Their customer support team is very friendly and always available in the blink of an eye. I use Jiminy every day to listen to my calls just to get an insight on what was covered with my clients. What do you like best about Jiminny?

Jiminny provides a great link between Sales and CS. Now that we are all on the same system, it makes the post-sales transition far cleaner and means we come to the first meeting far more knowledgeable about the clients.

I love the 'Ask Jiminny' feature. It makes researching clients far quicker. If you don't remember where a topic has been discussed, 'Ask Jiminny' will find it straight away for you. It summarises pain points succinctly and gives timestamps for where this was discussed. It's also extremely useful for self coaching as will give tips for how calls can be improved. What do you dislike about Jiminny?

The summaries aren't quite as detailed as other notetakers and the format isn't as clear. They can also take a little while to be emailed to you so you're sometimes a little detailed when trying to complete your post-meeting admin. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Jiminny?

I like how it lists out the action items and helps create a follow-up email to send. The summary is beneficial and how it automatically populates the summary into Hubspot speeding up the meeting follow-up, a really handy integration.

I use it on every customer meeting, and find it a beneficial addition.

I also like how easy it is to find specific sections in the meeting through the Themes.
