"A powerful CRM with tons of flexibility, but it takes time to master"
What do you like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

Salesforce Sales Cloud has a huge range of features that make managing leads and tracking sales so much easier. The dashboards and reports give great real-time insights, which really help our team make informed decisions. I also love how customizable it is — you can tailor workflows and automations exactly to your business needs. Plus, it connects well with other systems like marketing tools and customer support apps, which makes everything feel more integrated and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

The biggest downside is definitely the complexity. It’s a very powerful platform, but that also means it can be overwhelming at first. The learning curve is quite steep, especially for new or non-technical users. Even small changes sometimes need admin support. The licensing cost can also be on the higher side, and deeper customization usually requires extra time or development effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"salesforce sales cloud counsultant"
What do you like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

I really like how customizable it is. You can tailor almost everything — workflows, fields, reports, and dashboards — to match your business process. The automation tools like Flows and Process Builder save a lot of time, and the real-time insights through reports help in better decision-making. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

The setup can be a bit overwhelming at first because of the number of features. It takes time to fully understand and configure everything properly, especially for beginners. But once you get used to it, it becomes very powerful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Platform but costly to integrate"
What do you like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

Salesforce is incredibly flexible once it’s set up. I like that we can customize workflows, connect it with other tools we use, and really tailor it to how our teams work. It feels like there’s always a feature or integration that can solve a problem if you’re willing to dig into it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

Salesforce is undeniably powerful, with a vast ecosystem of tools that can handle everything from CRM to marketing automation and analytics. However, the platform’s pricing model is a serious barrier to adoption at scale. Many of its most impactful features are locked behind costly add-ons or higher-tier licenses, which makes it difficult for organizations to roll out access broadly across teams. "Powerful Sales Platform, but Complex and Costly to Master"
What do you like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

Automation – Tasks like lead assignment, follow-ups, and reminders can be automated, saving time and reducing missed opportunities.

Customizable Dashboards & Reports – Managers and reps can track pipeline, forecasts, and performance in real time, tailored to their own KPIs.

Mobile Access – Sales reps can update deals, log activities, and check insights from anywhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

Cost – Licensing, add-ons, and customizations can get expensive as the organization scales.

Performance Issues – At times, pages load slowly, especially when handling large datasets.

Too Many Features – For smaller teams, the sheer number of options can feel like overkill. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Amazing, Groundbreaking CRM"
What do you like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

I have been using Salesforce Sales Cloud for the past 5 years. I can vouch for its effectiveness and tech stack. Sales Cloud has many inbuilt features which make it very easy to use and effective for Sales people. The Lead to Opportunity Management and tracking, Account- Contact relationship easily makes itone the of the best CRM's around. There are many unique features like Opportunity Splits, Pipeline Management, Lead Conversion, Lead Scoring which are great drivers of sales. It is also very user friendly and easy to use for non tech people.

Moreover, Salesforce has a wonderful and stable tech stack this enables us to extend its features using Flows, Apex triggers, Asynchronous Apex. A lot of the salesforce automation is declarative like flows, formulas, permission sets, this makes it easy for people with no coding knowledge to also extend its features. I have personally seen millions of records being stored and updated within Sales Cloud with no data being compromised whatsoever.

Salesforce customer support is helpful and quite responsive. Their account executives are also enthusiastic and helpful.

It can also be integrated effectively with various popular payment gateways like Stripe, PayPal etc. Moreover, now with Agentforce being added to Salesforce Sales Cloud there is more AI magic waiting to happen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

The mobile app is not very effective. This is something which needs to be looked into, various bugs exist. Dynamic lists applied to the Sales Cloud platform don't show up on the mobile app. Also, with every version pushed by Salesforce the way the mobile app reacts, and relays changes becomes different and unpredictable. "Salesforce"
What do you like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

Salesforce Sales Cloud stands out for its customizability, scalability, and powerful sales tools. It offers advanced automation, AI-powered insights (Einstein), strong reporting, and seamless integration with other tools. It’s great for businesses of any size that want a flexible, data-driven CRM that grows with them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

Here’s what some people often find challenging about Salesforce Sales Cloud:

Cost: It can get expensive quickly, especially with add-ons and extra users.

Complexity: The platform has a steep learning curve and can feel overwhelming for new users.

Customization Requires Expertise: To unlock its full potential, you often need skilled admins or developers.

Sometimes Over-Engineered: For smaller businesses, it might feel like more than what’s needed.

Performance: Large data volumes or complex automations can sometimes slow things down. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The most scalable and highly customizable platform for enterprise sales management."
What do you like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

The core strength is the platform's ability to be customized and scaled to fit any unique sales process. We value the real-time reporting and forecasting tools, which give us a 360-degree view of our pipeline health and allow management to make data-driven decisions quickly. The huge marketplace of third-party integrations ensures we can connect it to our entire tech stack. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

The biggest downside is the steep learning curve and complexity, which can overwhelm new users and lead to poor adoption without extensive, ongoing training. Additionally, the platform is very expensive, and the true cost is often hidden in required add-ons, premium support tiers, and the need for dedicated administrator resources. "Has always been a great CRM but not the best for companies without the costly expertise"
What do you like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

I appreciate the overall setup of the system, including its layout and the way it integrates with other platforms. The detailed reporting also stands out, as it allows you to delve deeply into the data. Customer support has always ben great and we use this everyday! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

Salesforce is deeply complex, and unless you have someone who is at least an admin, you won't be able to access more than the basic metrics. Tracking custom metrics can be extremely challenging if you don't have someone with significant experience in the nuances of Salesforce. Not only is Salesforce itself expensive, but hiring the right people to operate it can be even more costly. Implementation of Salesforce products can be very time consuming and costly and Salesforce itself is not always easy to use for less technical users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Salesforce Sales Cloud – A Game Changing CRM for Sales Teams"
What do you like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

What I like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud is how it brings everything related to sales into one place.

The lead and opportunity management features make it much easier to track the entire sales cycle, and the reporting dashboards give a clear picture of where the pipeline stands.

I also like how customizable it is—you can adapt fields, layouts, and automation to fit the exact sales process rather than forcing the team to change how they work.

On top of that, the integration options with email, calendar, and other tools save a lot of time for sales reps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

There isn’t much to dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud because most of the challenges I’ve come across have easy solutions.

The platform is very flexible, so even if something feels complex at first, it can usually be simplified with the right customization.

Salesforce also provides a strong support ecosystem called Trailhead, help articles, and an active community which makes it easy to overcome any initial learning curve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Difficult and messy"
What do you like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

I really value the notifications and the ease of having students send us cases directly, which eliminates the need for them to call. This makes the process much more convenient for both us and the students. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

I find Salesforce quite confusing to navigate, particularly when I need to locate customers. The system does not allow searching for customers by block or flat number, which is a significant issue for us. Since many of our customers share the same name, it becomes very challenging to correctly identify the right individual in the system.

I'm also not satisfied with how maintenance requests are set up. This process is difficult as well, since finding the specific fault or asset can be quite hard—sometimes the option isn't even available! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
