"Great tool for use cases beyond selling"
What do you like best about Pocus?

As a customer marketer, I love the versatility of Pocus. Generating lists is easier than pulling a Salesforce report, and I appreciate that because it connects with so many other tools and data sources, I can make some pretty fantastic custom workflows. The team at Pocus is also very responsive and helpful in walking me through different use cases and fixing my workflows if I screw up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pocus?

Since the tool is really meant for more sales enablement and sales campaigns, it doesn't have some of the integrations that would make my work a little easier as a customer marketer (for example, integrations with G2, Sendoso, etc.). This is primarily because I'm using it a little off-label, though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Game-Changer for Pipeline Generation and Personalized Prospecting"
What do you like best about Pocus?

What I like best about Pocus is how user-friendly the platform is, it makes it easy to navigate and get value quickly. It also syncs seamlessly with our other CRMs like Outreach and HubSpot, which saves a ton of time. Their customer success team is very hands-on and supportive, and the AI features are great for helping generate personalized messaging at scale. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pocus?

While the platform itself is great, the data on companies and employees can often be inaccurate. I find myself needing to qualify most of the leads that come through, and at times I’m provided with companies I’m already actively working with, which makes the process less efficient. "Compelling AI-First platform for Sales"
What do you like best about Pocus?

Pocus delivers a compelling AI-first platform for sales teams, especially where efficiency, quick deployment, and meaningful insights matter most. Its strengths lie in:

Unified flow: consolidating data and workflows in one place.

Smart intelligence: offering relevant context and suggestions powered by AI.

Ease of use & support: rivaling and even surpassing legacy giants like Salesforce in user experience.

However, if your team needs deep CRM functionality or advanced pipeline management, you may still want to complement Pocus or use it alongside a more traditional CRM product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pocus?

Steep learning curve and onboarding complexity, Potential integration and performance issues that one could encounter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"PG Tool of the Future"
What do you like best about Pocus?

Pocus has helped transform our outbound engine! From being able to highlight internal data signals that show AEs/CSMs/SDRs where the smoke is, to the AI Agent and AI strategy features saving our reps hours of time researching accounts and prospects. The tool has also improved workflow ten fold and helps me just to enable on a handful of tools instead of just so many. Their customer support is also phenomenal! I'm also not a highly technical person and it's super easy to use once you get it figured out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pocus?

We run into bugs a lot but the team is really quick to right-size it when notified! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Nothing Short of Magic"
What do you like best about Pocus?

It helps consolidate every bit of information I need to be successful at my role. It compiles lists and allows for easy filtering no matter the database you are pulling from. The AI portion of account reviews are actually changing the game and it might not be a direct outreach tool but it is very near close. Allowing for playbooks and listing at the preferences of the user is so huge - you can draw out more than you thought was possible and help connect dots between data. This makes not only my job easier but my life as well, if that means anything. Customer support is always attentive and ready to chat might I add - very thoughtful org. I use it every day and will continue to do so. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pocus?

The downsides are few between nothing and the off chances that screen time affects the loading quality of accounts. I am really trying to come up with something here but if it was anything, it would be that. If you are on the site long enough with no activity (inactive tabs), if you come back nothing loads. But hey, honestly that is a me problem - I have no other gripes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"POCUS makes it EASY to strategize your day"
What do you like best about Pocus?

Pocus allows me to approach my book of business with strategy!! It saves so much time to organize accounts into playbooks and add them to email/call sequences. It's so nice to be able to track key indicators that an account needs contact. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pocus?

Sometimes Pocus shows me playbooks that are not applicable to me, but that may be more of an issue with my own sales org. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"End-to-end prospecting, solved"
What do you like best about Pocus?

Pocus is very configurable, so it can meet the needs of different GTM roles/departments really well. e.g. SDRs/AEs can have playbooks for finding new accounts, and CSMs/AMs can have different playbooks to monitor and grow existing accounts. They've also branched out to surface leads from LinkedIn and are integrating AI more and more, so it's only getting better. It's almost at the point of being able to eliminate other prospecting tools like Apollo or Sales Nav, but not quite. I'd give it ~6 months. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pocus?

They are still relatively early, so there are a lot of "nice to have" features or quality of life improvements that don't exist yet. Sometimes it seems like it takes a lot of clicks to get what you're looking for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"It's pretty good"
What do you like best about Pocus?

UI of Pocus makes non-data people connect with product data pretty quickly without a ton of technical skill. Our experience with the CS team has been great and they have helped us build some good playbooks and in 1 case, build a papercut to a feature we use that was lacking an extra step. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pocus?

Can still be tricky to set up filters on lists and playbooks to make them run how you would expect them to based on product signals. Makes us always need to review and re-review the same data over and over. We spend a lot of time hunting for the right field because each playbook never feels perfectly dialed in. "Great updated"
What do you like best about Pocus?

I always liked Pocus, but the new AI strategy updates for companies and contacts is fantastic.

As an AE, it used to take a really long time to prep for effective outreach that was personalized and relevant, and also prepping for disco and demo calls.

With Pocus AI, I easily find up-to-date info about the company and contact to help me stand out to prospects and demonstrate that they matter and their time is valuable.

The playbooks are also great and since we are connected to Pocus via slack they are amazingly quick at actioning requests for updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pocus?

It can be a tad cumbersome to get to a company page Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Top PLG Automation Platform"
What do you like best about Pocus?

Great, responsive support team who has helped when we've encountered bugs or needed assistance with setup on different features

Ability create playbooks pulling from various data sources is super simple once onboarded.

Inbox view is a great way to organize your team's leads/tasks, along with the action customization per playbook. Additionally, the ability for the Inbox to be embedded into Salesforce is HUGE.

Ability to push updates/new data into salesforce, generate tasks, and create records is great.

Workflow builder allows us build more complex playbooks and actions based on lead qualification

Ability to create custom fields to detect trends in data/event usage is awesome

Recent AI additions are powerful for account and lead-level background research, messaging and more - especially if you team is focused on outbound or multi-threading accounts.

List building (and sharing) functionality is simple to use and great for compiling data together quickly (rather then doing it in salesforce, etc)

Native integrations with Gong Engage/Salesforce/Slack , etc are simple to use.

----

As a high volume inbound team, Pocus has allowed us to create playbooks to surface the right prospects at the right time. It has also allowed us to create a variety of automated programs via their native integrations. We have not regretted our investment, and is a tools we utilize every single day in our process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pocus?

+Lack the ability to ingest events directly from Segment (must connect through something like a Snowflake table).

+Lead scoring model is a bit rigid in customization, but still very useful

+ Can be buggy at times, but support team is very responsive in fixing promptly

+ In-platform reporting is basic, especially on the user level (playbook level is good, but only can see up to past 30 days) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
