The best feature of 6sense is the capability to manage audiences in a single platform, syncing them to various messaging channels, like LinkedIn Ads, Drift Chat, and Marketo, ensuring that the same audiences are consistently targeted--everywhere.
The integration with Salesforce makes audience targeting even better, allowing you to differentiate your audiences between Prospect and Customer and the very stages of the sales cycle.
Perhaps the best audience targeting feature is the 6ense predictive buying stage model. These buying stages are unique to your instance, combining signals from your CRM with those from the 6sense live database. Easily the worst thing about 6sense are the bugs. The platform is very buggy. While their support team is quick to respond to issues, they sometimes need cajoling to escalate to their engineering team. That said, their engineering team does come through with fixes after a week or two.
