I primarily use Dynamics 365 CRM for managing our partner accreditations and reviewing their history with us as customers. It’s incredibly helpful to have all of that information in one place, making it easy to track interactions, keep records up to date, and ensure we’re supporting our partners effectively. The only drawback is that the system can sometimes feel a bit clunky - certain tasks take more steps than expected, and the interface isn’t always the most intuitive, especially as we have added some bespoke fields to the system to make it work for us.
