What do you dislike about Dynamics 365 Sales?

If you are not very familiar with Microsoft productivity tools, you may benefit from a tutorial to learn your way around this particular tool. However, it's worth noting that the user interface and overall experience may not have seen significant improvements compared to other Microsoft applications.

Additionally, for some businesses, managing this tool may be considered relatively expensive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
