What do you dislike about Dynamics 365 Sales?

The UI/UX is difficult to learn and navigate. It's as if they attempt to make you believe it has a simple UI. At first glance, its simple design seems like it will be easy to navigate, but in reality, they just hide buttons within other buttons, making it even harder to navigate. At least Salesforce doesn't hide buttons. It may be large and overwhelming, but you know where every field is and can search for them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
