We’ve been using CloudTalk for a few months with a small team (2–3 users), and it’s been the best solution we found that integrates directly with Pipedrive. Calls are automatically logged into the CRM, and the overall setup is very straightforward. The user interface is clean, and onboarding new users was simple. It’s also great that it works well with Spanish numbers provided by Cloudtalk. For what it´s worth, we did a pretty thorough research to decide on Cloudtalk for our specific use case. One thing that could be improved is how call recordings are accessed from Pipedrive. Right now, the link takes you out of Pipedrive and into the CloudTalk platform. It would be a much smoother experience if recordings could be played directly inside Pipedrive without needing to switch tabs. I do understand that this might be due to limitations on Pipedrive´s end in regards to what they allow via their APIs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
