"Smooth Pipedrive Integration Makes CloudTalk a Great Fit for Small Teams"
What do you like best about CloudTalk?

We’ve been using CloudTalk for a few months with a small team (2–3 users), and it’s been the best solution we found that integrates directly with Pipedrive. Calls are automatically logged into the CRM, and the overall setup is very straightforward. The user interface is clean, and onboarding new users was simple. It’s also great that it works well with Spanish numbers provided by Cloudtalk. For what it´s worth, we did a pretty thorough research to decide on Cloudtalk for our specific use case. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudTalk?

One thing that could be improved is how call recordings are accessed from Pipedrive. Right now, the link takes you out of Pipedrive and into the CloudTalk platform. It would be a much smoother experience if recordings could be played directly inside Pipedrive without needing to switch tabs. I do understand that this might be due to limitations on Pipedrive´s end in regards to what they allow via their APIs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Cloud-Based Call Solution for Sales Team"
What do you like best about CloudTalk?

What I like best about CloudTalk is its user-friendly interface and reliable call quality. The seamless CRM integrations and detailed analytics make it easier to manage and track customer conversations. It’s also very convenient for remote and growing teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudTalk?

What I dislike about CloudTalk is that sometimes the data syncing with CRMs can lag, and the call connection may drop occasionally. The pricing can also feel a bit high for smaller teams, and a few advanced features require extra setup time Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Good Overall Experience, Just Needs a Few Improvements."
What do you like best about CloudTalk?

It has been 2 months since I've been using CloudTalk, and when it comes to comparing it with the last software that I used, CloudTalk is really a game changer for me. The call recording feature is especially helpful for me—it allows me to review conversations after the call to ensure I have addressed the customer’s needs properly and provided accurate assistance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudTalk?

One thing I find inconvenient is that when I’m in the dial pad and start typing a number, it doesn’t show any past call history related to that number; for that I have to go to the dashboard section every time to verify. So I have to manually double-check if I’ve contacted the person before, which slows things down a bit. It would be great if CloudTalk could suggest or show past interactions automatically. ""CloudTalk & Me: A Love-Hate Call Affair""
What do you like best about CloudTalk?

AI Smart Notes: One of my favorite features — it auto-transcribes calls and updates HubSpot instantly, saving time and keeping our CRM clean.

Seamless HubSpot Integration: Syncing call data and notes is effortless, making lead management smooth.

Mobile App Flexibility: Great for staying connected on the go — works well even when I’m away from my desk.

Easy to Set Up, Great Support & Part of Daily Workflow: Setup was quick, the support team has been responsive, and it’s become an essential part of our daily sales and support operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudTalk?

Limited Call Transfer Options: If an incoming call comes in and I know exactly which teammate (like Joe) should handle it, I can’t just transfer it to them internally without picking up the call first. This feels like a basic functionality that’s missing and slows down the workflow, especially in sales or support teams.

Lag in Listening to Call Recordings: When I try to review other agents’ calls through the dashboard, there’s noticeable buffering and delays — even with a fast internet connection. It makes quality monitoring feel clunky and inefficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Solid platform for small sales teams, with a few hiccups"
What do you like best about CloudTalk?

CloudTalk has a very clean and intuitive UI, which made onboarding quick for our sales team. One of the best parts is how easy it is to track calls and activity, which helps us stay organized and follow up faster. It’s straightforward and does the basics well, which is exactly what we need for daily outbound calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudTalk?

There are a couple of small issues that get in the way. Since I use Windows, I had to adjust the aspect ratio to get the app to display properly. Also, there are times when it takes a bit too long to start a call, which can slow things down. Nothing major, but it does affect the overall experience from time to time. "Very User friendly tool for customer support agents"
What do you like best about CloudTalk?

As a Tech Support Executive at Yanolja Cloud Solution, I use CloudTalk daily to support our hotel clients. What I like most is its clean interface, ease of use, and reliability. Features like call monitoring and whisper mode are especially helpful for training new agents. It integrates smoothly into our workflow and provides clear insights into team performance—all while maintaining excellent call quality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudTalk?

The only downside or a limitation i feel about the cloudtalk is that it is not connected with our ticket manager - freshdesk so i can just dial a call to the hotel that has raised the ticket form the ticket itself Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best calling experience for large call volume teams"
What do you like best about CloudTalk?

CloudTalk has become an integral part of our daily operations, especially because we handle a high volume of customer service and support calls. The platform is extremely reliable—we rarely experience call drops or latency issues. The call quality is consistently excellent, even during peak hours. One of the most beneficial features is the Analytics Dashboard, which provides detailed insights into call duration, agent performance, and customer engagement metrics.

The AI-powered notes and transcriptions are surprisingly accurate and save our agents a lot of time on manual note-taking. The system is intuitive and easy to use, requiring little to no training for new users. It's designed to function much like a mobile phone dialer, so adoption was very smooth. We also had a great experience with CloudTalk’s support team—they were responsive and knowledgeable whenever we had questions or needed assistance. The setup process was seamless, and the platform integrated easily with our CRM and ticketing tools (like HubSpot and Zendesk). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudTalk?

While our experience has been largely positive, we did encounter occasional issues with the call monitoring feature. In a few cases, our supervisors were unable to listen in on live calls made by our agents, which affected our QA checks. We flagged the issue to support, and while they were prompt in responding, it did take some time to fully resolve.

Additionally, the mobile app could be a bit more responsive and faster when switching between tabs or call histories. It’s usable, but there’s room for performance optimization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User friendly"
What do you like best about CloudTalk?

It is extremely user-friendly, and the call quality is consistently reliable. One of the features I appreciate most is the ability to listen to my call recordings, which helps me identify areas for improvement. I also find the Analytics dashboard particularly valuable; it consolidates key metrics like average handling time, total calls made, and average talk time all in one place. Additionally, the AI-generated call notes have been a great tool for tracking performance and understanding where I stand, making it easier to grow and improve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudTalk?

-Changing status from "Online" to "Idle" sometimes requires multiple attempts, which can be a bit inconvenient.

-I appreciate the AI notes feature, but I’ve noticed that in some calls, even with a full recording, the notes don’t generate.

-The call transcription isn’t always accurate, as certain parts of the conversation are missing or misrepresented.

-Sentiment analysis can sometimes be off: for example, calls that were completely positive are occasionally marked as neutral or negative.

-I believe improving these aspects would make an already great tool even more effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CloudTalk?

CloudTalk makes my daily calling process smooth and efficient.
