Easy Setup and Evolution, but Customer Service Could Be Improved

I love how easy it is to set up CloudTalk, both on the server side and for clients. It is ideal for connecting with external services and managing artificial intelligence agents. Additionally, it solves our infrastructure problems, eliminating the need to make large investments to offer telephony and virtual IVR services. I also value the diagramming and scheduling functions, the ability to handle multiple agents, and its integration with IT service management tools.

My Personal Experience using Cloud Talk for 3 Months

I love the dialar option. It shows the local time to the number I'm calling which helps me estimate the time zone. The quality of calls are also top notch and the additional feature for messaging is very handy.
