Amazing tool to manage projects and products being released with multiple view options like charts, table and more which makes it highly useful. Easy to assign tasks and sprints to different teams. The product experienced some outages at first, which led to a few issues. Additionally, there are limited customization options available in the main workflow. I really like using monday as part of my day to day at work. It helps me keep track of the activities I have for the upcoming days and even weeks, as well as checking capacity on the team. This way nothing is forgotten but also

makes your weeks more efficient and productive, focusing on the priority activities and adding new ones as required.

I feel very comfortable havign the tool as this way I do not have to have all the information in my mind, and its easy to remember what I have to do for the next day.

Perhaps its already there but for our sales dashboard it can be easy that someone changes a field by mistake, so maybe having a way to lock changes for the field names.

Sometimes filters might be confusing at first, which of course, once you get used to them, its really easy to understand.

I know that it has compatibility with Salesforce CRM and if it could be linked (my company has not taken this action yet), it would reduce double-work (info placed on 2 places at same time) and increase productivity even further. I love the ability of monday Work Management to automate business processes, which is essential for our internal operations. One of the things I would change is to have native automation that allows me to copy and paste data between boards or from an item to a sub-item, or from a sub-item to an item. Also, the ability to copy data from a formula field to a text field. I consider this a significant weakness and believe that this functionality should not be left to third parties. I think Monday is such a great tool. The best thing about it in my eyes is its ease of use, as well as the super user-friendly interface. It's so easy to customise it according to your needs. And with things like the drag and drop function on most elements, it's really fast to change the order and position of elements. Likewise, I love the visual style, which can also be customised. I don't actively dislike anything about Monday. Maybe just the fact that some functionalities (such as the time tracking column) are locked beyond a further subscription. There are a few limitations which are overcome by additional subscriptions - its great that these products exist but I fear it might disincentivise Monday to provide solutions to the problems that the purchased apps solve. The result here is sprawling cost to gain the functionality that you need.

Enterprise is one solution here but the cost difference is far too significant to justify. I'd love to be able to toggle on just one or two enterprise functions (and happy to pay for them) without having to sign up to the whole package. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For our small business, being able to use boards for each of our multiple projects has been a life saver. There is a lot of functionality we are not using, but the everything we really need is easily accessible with the board templates we have made. We are also able to easily iterate on our board template with each new project, taking the best practices from each new project and applying them to upcoming projects -w hich saves us time. Personally, I love everything about Monday.com—the automations, flexibility of the structure, sorting options, integrations, and now the AI capabilities. There’s no way I could manage the volume of projects in our internal marketing department without it. It’s become the hub of our department, keeping us organized and making it easy to adjust when plans change. Setup was a bit cumbersome, but once in place, it saves so much time. I love it, but many coworkers find it intimidating. You need to use it daily to get comfortable, and some departments we’ve tried to include have been overwhelmed and refuse to learn it. Even my team took some time to adjust since they were used to doing everything through email. Now they’re starting to see the benefit for internal communication, though we still rely on email for external and interdepartmental contact.
