"Reliable collaboration suite that keeps teams aligned"
What do you like best about Google Workspace?

Google workspace has been one of the most reliable collaboration platforms i have used as a Data engineer. it ties together email, documents, spreadsheets storage and chat into one ecosystem. I like most is how everything stays in sync whether i am working with shared spreadsheets for data validation, documenting pipelines in Google Docs. The platform is also easy to use across devices with smooth integration with Google cloud and other tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Workspace?

"Document creation and screen sharing done right"
What do you like best about Google Workspace?

Google workspace makes effortless document creation. Whether it is Docs, Sheets or slides, i can start something from scratch or pick a template and just dive in. The real time collaboration is the best part, seeing updates happen instantly while working together makes projects move so much faster. And then there is screen sharing in google meet, It is super straightforward, no complicated steps, just click and share. I like that i can choose to share the entire screen or just a specific window which keeps things cleans and focused. It is perfect for walking through a presentation or troubleshooting something live. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Workspace?

some advances formatting or complex document layouts feels a bit limited compared to traditional desktop tools. Occasionally, switching between multiple accounts can get messy, it is not always as smooth as i want. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best Video Conferencing Application - Google Meet"
What do you like best about Google Workspace?

1. Google Meet is incredibly easy to use. You can join a meeting by simply clicking or tapping on a link, and there is no need to download any software. This makes it easy to collaborate with people on any device.

2. Google Meet is a very reliable video conferencing platform. I have never had any issues with the audio or video quality, and I have always been able to connect to meetings without any problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Workspace?

The free version of Google Meet only allows up to 100 participants per meeting. This can be a limitation for businesses or organizations that need to host larger meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Google Workspace is a Must Have for Small to even Midsize Businesses"
What do you like best about Google Workspace?

What I appreciate most about Google Workspace is how it consolidates everything I need into a single platform. For small businesses, this integration is truly transformative. With Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, and Meet all syncing seamlessly, I never have to switch between different services or worry about misplacing files and messages.

The platform is dependable, quick, and user-friendly—whether I’m coordinating a team, organizing client meetings, or sharing documents with various companies. Real-time collaboration in Docs and Sheets has saved me countless hours, and Drive ensures that all my files remain organized and accessible from anywhere.

The administrative tools are straightforward, making it easy to oversee multiple domains and users without the need for a dedicated IT department. It’s secure, scalable, and consistently reliable.

For me, Google Workspace is far more than just an email solution—it’s the foundation that enables me to manage all my businesses efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Workspace?

There’s not much to complain about, but a few things could be smoother. The pricing adds up once you start managing multiple domains or accounts across different businesses — it would be great if Google offered a more flexible, multi-brand plan.

The admin dashboard, while powerful, can get a bit cluttered when you’re juggling several organizations. And every now and then, file-sharing permissions between accounts can be confusing, especially when people use both personal and business Gmail.

Overall, none of these are deal breakers — it’s more about small friction points that could make managing multiple businesses even easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"One Platform for Managing Multiple Internal Needs"
What do you like best about Google Workspace?

I like that even when things within your business internally change, you can make updates here. For example, I rebranded my business earlier this year and was so glad I could easily update the primary domain and my email address without having to set up a new account and inform all of my clients. It was a major relief. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Workspace?

The lag time after making domain and alias adjustments to sync in and update other details (ie: profile picture). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Google workspace an easy to use, all in one productivity & collaborative suite from google"
What do you like best about Google Workspace?

All the familiar tools like docs, sheet, slides, google meet etc. for a better collaboration.Multiple People can work at the same time and also integration with Gemini is a huge plus point. The apps (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Meet, Chat) are well integrated. Sharing files, scheduling, communicating, implementation is smooth. It can be used for both day to day work & keeping tabs/account of the progress. Its like a full ecosystem of all google apps together Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Workspace?

The cost can add up, especially if you need advanced features or AI capabilities. Customer support tends to be slow and not very helpful, unless you pay extra for premium support. Additionally, converting data from Microsoft can sometimes become complicated and messy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Google Workspace keeps our team connected and organised"
What do you like best about Google Workspace?

Everything integrates seamlessly—Gmail, Drive, Meet, Docs, and Sheets are all accessible in one place. For our IT team, that’s invaluable. I can easily share documents, review code snippets in Sheets, or join a Meet session without needing to switch between different apps. The real-time collaboration is impressive; having multiple people edit the same file at once truly works smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Workspace?

At times, managing storage in Drive can be confusing, particularly when dealing with shared drives. Meet would benefit from improved noise control features, and I find the admin panel somewhat overwhelming for those new to it. Additionally, when the internet connection is slow, the overall experience becomes sluggish. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-One Productivity Platform That Keeps Our Team in Sync"
What do you like best about Google Workspace?

Google Workspace brings everything we need for daily work into one connected ecosystem. I love how seamlessly Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Meet work together -- it makes collaborating with teammates effortless, even across different locations. Real-time editing in Docs and Sheets is a game-changer; we can co-create without sending endless versions back and forth. The cloud storage is reliable, and the sharing permissions are easy to manage. I also appreciate clean, familiar interface that doesn't require much onboarding for new users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Workspace?

While the tools are powerful, there are moments when large files in the Drive take longer to sync or preview. Google Meet could offer more advanced features, like better noise control or virtual backgrounds that don't lag on lower-end devices. Also, managing multiple Google accounts can sometimes get confusing, especially when switching between work and personal profiles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Comprehensive and reliable solution for business collaboration"
What do you like best about Google Workspace?

I particularly appreciate the seamless integration between all tools: Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Meet work together perfectly. Real-time collaboration on documents is excellent, allowing multiple people to work simultaneously. Cloud storage is reliable and accessible from any device. The interface is intuitive and automatic synchronization ensures nothing is ever lost. The integrated video conferencing system is also great for remote meetings and team communication. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Workspace?

Offline functionality is limited compared to other solutions. Some advanced formatting features available in Microsoft Office are missing in Docs and Sheets. Permission management can become complex in larger organizations. Additionally, the dependence on internet connectivity can be problematic in certain situations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
