What do you like best about Close?

It's easy to use, and both leads and tasks are organized in a way that makes tracking simple. The integrations are impressive too, with LinkMatch being a particular favorite of mine. I really appreciate the task function—each day, I just check my inbox to see what needs to be done. When we first started, getting set up was effortless; with just one click, we were able to start using Close right away. Customer support has also been quite responsive. What do you dislike about Close?

What do you like best about Close?

Close is incredibly intuitive — the ease of use is one of its biggest strengths. From day one, our team could navigate the platform without training, and it’s made daily tasks feel effortless. The number of features is also impressive: everything from lead tracking to automated follow-ups is built in, but it never feels bloated. The ease of implementation was a pleasant surprise — setup was fast, and we didn’t need a long onboarding process. Plus, the ease of integration with our existing tools made adoption seamless. What do you dislike about Close?

Honestly, very little. If anything, I’d love even more customization in reporting views. That said, the customer support team has been responsive and helpful whenever we’ve had questions — so even small issues get resolved quickly. What do you like best about Close?

What I like the most is the email campaign and workflow feature. It helps us reach more people with mass campaigns, and at the same time, we can send quick one-to-one emails right after a call using templates. What do you like best about Close?

The user end for me and for my callers has been very easy. Everything is at hand, from emails to notes, without having to fumble around to find them. The smart views are dynamic and make sure that the leads I call are during their local business hours. Customer support always gets back to me very quickly when I have a question. What do you dislike about Close?

As amazing as the front end is, the back end does need some work. The hierarchy between the super admin account and sub accounts is not quite there yet. Before Close, I was used to being able to log in as a super admin and being able to change the settings for sub-users. On Close, those settings have to be changed while logged in to the actual sub-user account. Last I reached out about this a few days ago, they said they are working on it. What do you like best about Close?

Using Close CRM has completely transformed the way I manage my sales process. From the moment I started using it, I noticed how easy it was to get set up and actually enjoy using a CRM something I never thought I’d say. The built-in calling and email features save me so much time, and I love how everything is tracked automatically without any extra effort. I can clearly see where each deal stands, follow up faster, and focus more on building relationships instead of chasing down notes or updates. It honestly feels like the tool was built with real salespeople in mind, and it’s made my day-to-day workflow way more efficient and less stressful. What do you like best about Close?

What do you dislike about Close?

It can be hard to set the right filters and that in itself requires training. Businesses add lots of fields etc which make it more complex. It would be good if we could use AI to establish filters.

I don't like that the power dialer can't double dial, and then any time I want to do so I disconnect.

Lately I think, but I can't confirm for sure, it seems like Close CRM has been using lots of CPU on my Macbook Pro M2 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Close?

THe oversight of every part of the process is right there in front of you and it is just working flawlessly. The original set up for the Administrator was a very smooth process. The instructions were clear and walked you through it by click and follow method. We use our CRM. everyday and all day it is our primary tool for everything. What do you dislike about Close?

The Cost are a bit too high for what it is. But as a first year user I feel we are getting our organisation working and off the ground effectively. The features are a bit overwhelming and limited to the package one purchases. What do you like best about Close?

Recently upgraded to the $149 plan just for predictive dialing and the time I save from being able to call multiple leads at once is worth the extra spend. At the moment I am getting connected to a lead with buyer intent every round of calls. Also, I like the note taking that's inside the CRM. Usually I'd open Notion and take my notes but Close has this featured in-house and I can reference all my notes from previous calls or take them during the call so I don't forge.t Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Close?

Predictive dialing is great. Would love to see a local presence feature that assigns a local number to the leads I am calling so they don't get suspicious of seeing the same number call them multiple times and potentially get cut off. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish Close had an option for automatic Smart Views based on lead status instead of requiring users to manually create them. It would save time and make the workflow more seamless. What do you like best about Close?

There's so many things I like about close. The dialer is 2nd to none. The contact rates are so high. I love that my team and I can be in the same stream talking to a merchant and it feels seamless. If my rep is having a tough chat with a customer I can jump right in the mix and the customers love and appreciate it. Being able to run campaigns with email and text right in my CRM and the contact rates be incredible. I will also say that the customer support is world class.
