What do you like best about iClosed?
iClosed has been a staple in my tech stack and allowed me to scale further and break my old ceiling in terms of revenue.
How ?
Very simple.
First, the ability to get more leads without increasing my adspend.
Any leads interacting with the scheduler are now saved in my Global Data allowing my SDRs/Setters to recontact them instantly.
Conclusion : Bump of qualified leads to recontact and sell to compared to any other solutions on the market.
Second, the ability to disqualify non-buyers taking slots in my sales team calendar.
It doesn't matter if you have 3, 10 or 20 closers in your sales team... the inability to filter bad weeds before they book a slot will result in a big time loss, loss of motivation and less efficiency.
Imagine having a closer taking 8 sales calls a day and having 3 disqualified calls per day.
Per week, this results in multiple hours lost.
Per month, dozens of hours.
Now multiply by the number of sales people you have and you end up with a huge inefficiency problem.
Third, the conditional routing feature has allowed us to route the right prospects to the right closers depending on the questions they answered in the iClosed form before booking their slot.
Conclusion : This has led to a boost in conversions and more sales for our company.
Huge props to all the tracking of the sales team centralized in a single place. All KPIs, performances and objections overcame / not overcame by our sales team is now accessible and easily comprehensible.
Conclusion : Crystal clear data to take better decisions, helps the Sales Manager spot the inefficiencies and train the sales team to perform better. Also a bridge between marketing and sales to use the data.
Ex : Prevent the objections faced at the end of the sales process by handling them at the Top of Funnel.
The new Global Data filter is a real gem allowing us to cross muliple data entry-points.
The appointment setting feature is really good.
