What do you dislike about Attio?

I encountered significant issues with Attio's data uploading capabilities. Despite uploading data multiple times, the software failed to process my leads correctly, leaving me with only a fraction of what I intended to upload, even though my total lead count was under the stated limit for the free account. Attributes I named were ignored, and the software created unnamed entities instead. The process was time-consuming and inefficient, which is particularly frustrating during the crucial early stages of a startup where time equals money. This inability to handle basic functionalities like data upload makes the platform unreliable for my needs. Additionally, I feel that all CRMs, including Attio, lack the usability and reliability necessary for effectively managing startup operations, which is why I prefer using Google Sheets despite its limitations. What do you like best about Attio?

Attio is the most flexible and modern CRM I’ve used. The object-based structure gives us total freedom to model our data exactly the way we need. The automation features are powerful and intuitive, allowing us to streamline key workflows without needing engineering resources.

One standout is the email and calendar event retriever, which leverages AI to enrich contact timelines and surface key relationship insights automatically—huge time-saver.

The interface is clean, fast, and easy to adopt across teams. And everything is fully customizable, from views to data types, which makes it feel like a CRM truly built for our business.

What do you dislike about Attio?

There’s currently no way to rename system object attributes (e.g., “Companies”, “People”, etc.), which can be a bit limiting when modeling niche workflows.

What do you like best about Attio?

My job presents ongoing difficulties with managing several projects, tracking suppliers and customers, and teamwork. Attio was the obvious choice among the several tools I considered for combining all these chores; since then, our project management has evolved drastically. The chances to combine several facets of project management. It lets us easily combine productivity applications and customer relationship management tools to track projects, tasks, and far more capability. What do you like best about Attio?

What do you like best about Attio?

I appreciate Attio's elegant design, which initially caught my attention on Twitter. The software is easy to set up, with straightforward templates and active support making the process smooth. What do you like best about Attio?

What do you like best about Attio?

Besides being a fully-featured CRM, what I really love is the great integration it provides with email, calendar and web. The browser plugin really simplifies repetitive tasks like loading companies, people and deals out of sources such as company websites, linkedin and the like. You can feel that the engineers thought very hard about how to squeeze productivity gains out of every click. Kudos to them! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attio?

The API still has some wrinkles, like uploading files or rich notes... but all that is minor compared with the flexible ontology at the core of Attio that allows you to create and manage (CRUD) your own object types. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
