What do you like best about Wati?

WATI has been a game-changer for us at NODO. As a company that designs and operates loyalty programs, promotions, and customer experience solutions, we rely heavily on WhatsApp as a key channel. WATI has allowed us to build responsive, scalable and automated workflows that have made a real impact across several projects.

What I love the most is how intuitive the platform is — our team was able to get started quickly, and we’ve used it for everything from customer registration and engagement, to prize redemptions and customer service flows. The broadcast feature, integrations, and analytics have been especially useful for tracking performance and optimizing campaigns in real time.

Support has also been fast and friendly whenever we’ve needed help. WATI keeps evolving and that’s exciting — it means we can keep improving how we connect with people.

What do you dislike about Wati?

We have successfully integrated the GPT API but we would love to see Wati develop more iA integrations and functionality that will allow us to train a model and allow it to automatically handle the most frequent queries we receive, thus making an improvement to the automated responses and flows that we use today, providing a better experience to users. What do you like best about Wati?

We've been using Wati.io for over a year now, and I can confidently say it has completely transformed the way we handle customer support. The platform is incredibly feature-rich, allowing our team to manage hundreds even thousands of inquiries efficiently and without any hassle. Their customer support team is responsive and helpful, always ready to resolve our issues in no time, which is something I really appreciate as a business owner.

What do you like best about Wati?

I have started using Wati for my D2C website spstores.in. I use it to confirm orders. It enables us to confirm the genuine orders and filter out the fake ones. The RTO percentage has come down significantly. I also use WAti to do bulk campaigns and inform customers about new launches. WATI is a very good technology platform and our experience with WATI has been exceptional. As a company,we are working closely with food processing companies,

agri-buyers and a large farmer's network at different locations and WATI proved to be a very good communication platform to communicate with Farmer to provide them

crop advisory and market updates for their harvested crops.Also WATI helped us to communicate seamless with corporate food buyers for buying requirements ,providing them updates about

They are always introducing new features, and that comes with great support, from webinars to knowledge base articles, making sure we stay updated. From our experience there's not much to dislike about WATI. Most of the challenges are due to limitations from Meta. While WATI’s pricing is on the higher side, we’ve come across other platforms that charge more but offer fewer features, so overall, we still find it to be a valuable solution. We run a platform called BookMyPooja, it is India's fastest growing pandit and puja services platform serving for indian religious and spiritual needs. With a growing team and number of leads and enquiries, we were searching for a better tool that can help us manage the growing complexity. I like the Wati user interface very much. It is easy to use and the navigations are very simple. Now coming to the best part it helps to make the customer communication and marketing very effective.
