What do you like best about Yesware?

This product which is much more than your Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution it is set up to handled, journey management campaign for prospects, existing customers and yes those that churn and fall of the cliff. It has it all except............This is CRM is intuitive and costs for for free to cost effective bundles dependant upon the features that you need. You purchase leads, create and run campaigns with all or tag passed leads of your choice. So it integrates with Office and Zoom for scheduling, updates prospect and customer contacts details with their amazing AI enrich feature, email supports code to build amazing templates or simple utilise their out-of-the-box suggestions there is so much more and the dashboards not only looks good but its accurate and intuitive too highlighting failed email addresses Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Yesware?

The importing of contacts. I had to ask them and scratch my head about that once as even though there is a work around this feature needs to be added to their product Roadmap ASAP Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Yesware?

There are only a few things I like about yesware and those are scheduling and reminders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Yesware?

No support. Product is fauly and not working. I am paying for features that are not working and waiting for a response from them (with noresponse). The main feature that I am using is simply not working (it used to be working). If there was a support maybe they could solve this. Unfortunately, no one is responding to the support tickets. What do you like best about Yesware?

I mainly used this for email tracking (opens/clicks) Super simple to install and use. Intelligence in real time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have been trying for over a week to upgrade my subscription to paid and I cannot get anyone to respond to me. It says that upgrades have to be through an Account Manager but there is no way to contact them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Where to start:

- UI/UX is ridiculously not well designed and outdated

- Code is rife with errors and conflict

- Can't trust the data that's for sure

- email tracking (to see if a prospect has opened your email ) for your daily outbound emails

- reporting

- canned replies / templates that are really handy when sending out sales candenses

- decent reporting to get the big picture of what's working.

- integrations to Gmail & our CRM

- really easy to use

What do you dislike about Yesware?

Yesware's "Spam Risk Detection" should predict how likely your emails / cadence would be flagged as spam but it's a bit clunky Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Yesware?

I think the idea of the functionality of Yesware. When it works and syncs with Outlook, it's great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It often times disconnects from Outlook. It doesn't show me within the email itself if someone has opened it. I have to search for the specific email through ALL of my emails and "opens" Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Yesware?

The best part about using yesware is that it sits perfectly on top of my Gmail suite. It makes it easier for me to track my emails and it also scans for viruses when I try to upload any files Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Yesware?

the UI can be better. I mean seriously, tools like mailchimp have a much better UI but in terms of functionality, Yesware works the best. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
