Onedrive for business is incredibly useful for storing, sharing and online editing documents, videos, audio files and anything else you might need to store on there. The storage space is excellent and you'll rarely find yourself running out of room. It's super easy to set up and integrate across your business. It's designed to be easy to use as it's something you'll find yourself using almost every day you're working. Customer support from Microsoft is great and they're very responsive. Not all file types are openable on when you're using one drive. for example, certain video formats (anything other than mp4 or mov) can cause errors and be unplayable online meaning you ahve to spend time downloading it. The main benefit that I incur is that Microsoft OneDrive for Business:

1. It is integrated with MS Teams. All our documents that we share on Teams are accessible on One Drive for business under the same channel and chat names. This becomes very easy to manage.

2. The meeting videos can be accessed from One Drive and it becomes easy to share with external person/teams.. for e.g. If I have given a demo or made a presentation to a client on Teams meeting, Using One Drive I can share it with the external entity without compromising on security and easily. j

3. It has all other essential features of a storage :

1. Multiple uploads using app or browser

2. Sync the files from desktop/laptop

3. Enterprise level share

It as an initial learning curve..

Mobile app UI needs improvement..

Sometimes the integration feature -that is say uploading a file from Android device to One drive through an app does not work.. these glitches have to be solved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Without a doubt, the availability and reliability of OneDrive cloud storage are excellent. Another great aspect is how seamlessly OneDrive integrates with other Office365 apps. With just a single sign-in, we can access any documents stored in OneDrive. Sharing files from Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, and other platforms to OneDrive is also straightforward with one sign-in. I could say, synchronizing local files or folder needs stable internet connection, so microsoft should improve the synchronization of local files even with low internet bandwidth. One drive allow me to have the information I need for my job anywhere I go and decide which content I have downloaded on my computer, smartphone, tablet, etc. This is the feature I love the most because it help me to keep the storage on my devices optimized and only use the internet to consult or download documents when needed. It's really easy to use if you are familiar with a windows environment and really helpfull specially when you use the smartphone to make little changes on a presentation or a written document with it's embeded docs and presentation editors that are close to reach the full product on a computer, this is why I use it every day. As it is not from the same creator (as Apple with iCloud) it's a little bit different and complicated to use files between devices due to the settings and integration between operative systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Once the drive is synced to our system It's extremely simple to use, and it allows for highly customized segregation. The data processing is very fast, and I consistently notice that both upload and download times are considerably low. The website one drive page provides access to Microsoft 365 apps that's very good and we dont have to have office installed on our system at all. The web UI feels quite cumbersome to view and navigate. I believe it could benefit from improvements, especially in making the icons larger and more prominent. Often, I find myself searching for features or options, which can be frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Being in IT industry for last four to six years, I have used Microsoft OneDrive for multiple purposes - for managing for storing various - vivid files and even for sharing files across the organization.

It is very easy to setup, as it supports a majority of files and it enables multiple users to access the same files at the same time, so that on a project, a report can be worked upon by multiple individuals at the same time.

In Microsoft OneDrive for business is very easy to integrate, as it is accessible over mobile application, it is accessible over Windows application and even it is accessible over other platforms like Mac and IO.

Microsoft OneDrive for Business is a very reliable platform. However, I would like to have a feature. which would enable users to modify edit the files while being offline and once a user gets online the work they have performed can be reviewed over and applied over after a confirmation This would really add on a feature, like while a person is on a flight where access to Internet can be troublesome; he can work upon an offline file and then once he's having access to Internet, then he can review the work - whether to sync on the OneDrive or not. What I like best about Microsoft OneDrive for Business is how smoothly it fits into my daily work. Because it is built right into the Microsoft 365 apps we already use, sharing and updating file feel effortless.
